We had a great stay. The view is outstanding, very clean & nicely appointed. Comfortable bed. Only drawback was the pressure in shower was weak & will need to upgrade patio furniture in the near future. We would recommend this to others. On the fun side, we did get to see a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral.

Perfect view of the ocean, and also in a perfect location. A gym, grocery store and restaurants are all walking distance, with the condominium being equidistant between Cocoa Beach and Melbourne. The pool was beautiful. Our host was more than hospitable when we needed to extend our stay in an emergency. Highly recommend this unit! We will definitely book again!

Our check in and stay went incredibly smooth. We appreciated the clarity and accuracy of the listing that made our stay even easier. I saw a previous review complaining of broken blinds in the window. It felt laughable that someone would complain about something so nominal while staring at breathtaking views and convenience of both beach and pool right at your fingertips. The pool was cleaned twice that we saw in our 1 week stay & we felt it was very clean for a pool that is steps from the beach. We chose to focus on the positive in this unit: amazing views, family friendly bed layout, beautiful sunrises, easy walk to Publix, Dunkin & ice cream shop. We took time to enjoy time at the port, theme parks & zoo all within a reasonable drive. On quiet evenings, we were thankful that the unit was stocked with board games & books for the family.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The ocean views were stunning! We all loved having such easy access to the beach as well as the pool. The accommodations were very comfortable as well.

The Host was very welcoming, answering any questions very quickly. Everything was very clean with a great view of the water. The pool was amazing at the end of the day. It was heated to close to 90 degrees which felt great in the shade. This was a very nice place and great location.
