Haga un viaje a Cabo Cañaveral, Cocoa Beach, Disney, Vero Beach, todo dentro de una hora en automóvil, o simplemente disfrute de la tranquilidad de esta hermosa playa de arena y piscina. We had a great time. The space was just enough for us. Very large master bathroom with vanity. We lived the view from the kitchen and the bedroom and enjiyed the spacious balcony!

Nice time with granddaughter over spring break

Aside from checking in an hour late, due to previous renter getting out late in morning, and the pool closing for last 3 days of our 9 night stay, everything was very nice. 7-yr old granddaughter loved the ocean, and location great near dining options and back & forth to Orlando airport & Disney.

Second stay was also wonderful!

This is our second stay here because we loved it so much last year! The place was clean and well furnished. We lacked for nothing. Plenty of kitchen stuff, towels, pillows, anything you would think you'd run out of we had plenty of!

Great weekend!

We were visiting area because our son was getting married and this condo was the perfect place. Right on the beach and easy assessablity to groceries and restaurants. It was really big and gave us plenty of space. If we come back next year for Thanksgiving we will definitely rent again.

100%, A+ We had a wonderful time and the condo was perfect. Beautifully decorated and clean, fully stocked and use of beach equipment. We would definitely stay again. The area was not touristy (July) and we got to see two sea turtles laying eggs at night in front of the building!!!!! Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a “Home Away Home”!

Indian Harbor Beach Resort

This was our first time in Indiana harbor/Melbourne. Very quiet relaxed area. The condo was spacious, beautifully decorated for the beach. Very clean, well stocked. Close to shopping etc.. I use VRBO every time we want a vacation and have not been disappointed.

Beautiful condo. Great view from 4th floor! Our 11 year old grandson spent one night with us. The next day his family and a few friends came for a visit. They enjoyed the beach and pool while we grilled at the Tiki themed propane grilling station. The boogie boards, pool noodle and big ball were a great amenity! We didn’t have to bring ours! Highly recommend!

Great location, great owner

Karen was great, easy to communicate with and answered quickly. We were actually in town for a medical emergency and Karen worked with us to get us in early. The condo is clean, in a great location, and the view is wonderful. Would love to stay again when we could take advantage of all there is to offer!

Very clean condo. Comfortable furniture and beds. Wendy and Cindy at the front desk were very helpful. We truly have nothing but good things to say about this condo. The washer and dryer are excellent and there was always hot water for showers. Beach chair, towels and umbrella we’re all provided

Good stay and excellent value

We were pleased with our stay. The unit was exactly what was shown on the pictures. The registration process and check in was flawless. We arrived after hours and had no problems getting our keys and getting into the unit. We have a great view of the beach/ocean and the property is conveniently located to nearby restaurants, grocery stores, etc. More than enough utensils, pots/pans and dishes. We would definitely return in the future.

Absolutely perfect!

From check in to check out, everything about this property fit our needs perfectly. This condo was clean, comfortable, quiet, and in a great location. The balcony overlooking the beach and ocean can't be beat for sunrise views with coffee or just relaxing with a beverage and reading. There are great restaurants within walking distance (we highly recommend Hula Moon) or a well-stocked kitchen when we felt like staying in. And the beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cooler) definitely came in handy for our days on the sand. And it's a short drive from this location to Kennedy Space Center if you want to go. Plus, our favorite, lots of coffee and ice cream places close by. : ) Karen was a great host and checked in on us after arrival (much appreciated) and was always available if we had any questions. All in all, we had a great spring break vacation and this property made it all the better. 5 stars all around.

So cozy and comfy

Such a great condo! The bedrooms were really large and so was the master bath. We really enjoyed just sitting on the balcony and watching the waves!

Our family has been coming to the Indian Harbour Beach area since 1994. We never tire of the beautiful beach which is quiet even on the busiest days. It’s certainly our happy place. We are from Maine and visit the area in the fall or winter for short stays, to enjoy the beach or sit by the pool and read a good book.
A couple of our favorite past times include pickleball and golf. There are no shortages of courts or courses close by.
We love to hear from our guests who come every year to surf, golf, or spend time on the beach with children and grandchildren. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and beach toys are available for use.
The condo has a grill for our guests to use, so no need to dine out. But if you’d like to try restaurants on occasion, there is no shortage, and many are a short walk away.

Spectacular morning sunrises over the water in a very peaceful setting. Clean, heated, outdoor pool overlooking the sandy beach, which is perfect for walking and surfing. Day trips are plentiful and easy. Close proximity to highway and travel to Disney, Universal, or Kennedy space center. Located on A1A, Ron Jon's surf shop in Cocoa Beach is 14 miles away. There are beautiful rivers close by with option of boating or kayaking. Boat and bike rentals along with golf courses and pickleball courts are plentiful and a short drive away.

Beach front and Pool setting with great views from the 4th floor balcony. Sip your morning coffee and afternoon beverages on the balcony. Very comfortable furniture inside and out. Quiet complex with on site management staff. Kitchen amenities too numerous to mention! There's a grill area on the ground floor making it easy to have dinners in with the family.
