    Great host. Good location near restaurants and shops, but noisy at night. The listing on Verbo is not explicit enough about the bathroom and kitchen being shared areas (co-living space), although that’s not the host’s fault. A bit pricey for a small bedroom and shared bathroom and kitchen.

    It wasn't clearly stated on Expedia's website that this was a co-habitual listing. So sharing the small apartment with 3 other people was an unpleasant surprise. The room wasn't cleaned for a long time. We left after finding other accommodations & if I could have gotten hold of Expedia I would have claimed my money back.

    Bad experience with this property, not recommended at all. At the time of our booking the was no mention that this is a shared living arrangement. Only a day before our arrival did we receive the relevant information. It looks like we were not the first ones experiencing the issue and the property description has been updated in the meantime (the title is still misleading though). VRBO is at fault here as well, there should be a clear classification of for shared living arrangements (via filter and highlighted description). To make matters worse, the check-in was a disaster as well as VRBO told us 4pm and the host later told us 6pm is the earliest. Where in the world is 6pm an acceptable check-in time?After we finally set foot in the apartment the disappointment didn't stop. shared kitchen and bathroom cleanliness was subpar and the advertised outdoor space (a good size terrace) didn't have a chair or table to actually use the space. The living room per host was off-limits for guests so the only place to sit was the kitchen, i.e. no privacy at all. What an utter disaster!

    You get a surprised the day before you arrive, if you read the fine print. If you don't read the fine print, your arrive at the apartment to learn that you have to walk a km or two to get the key. You have to navigate to that place. We were two people after travelling a very long time; each of us had a suitcase. One of us went to retrieve the key from the local convenience store while the other waited. What if had been raining? What if there were only one of us, dragging our suitcase to get the key, then back to the apartment? 2. The listing says check in is 4 pm; another listing says 6pm. 6 pm is way too late. 3. The listing is described as 'shared' space, but all you get is your bedroom, and ACCESS to the kitchen. That means you can use the fridge and stove, but cannot sit at the table, or use any other space except the bathroom. 4. You should ask who else you will be sharing the space with. Garbage in the kitchen and bathroom was full to the top. Food and dishes on counters. 5. The chipped foam pillow was very cheap. All linen needs to be upgraded. 6. The only thing provided was use of any of the soaps you find in the bathroom. No coffee, tea, sugar, cream, not even a kettle. The washer/dryer in the bathroom was piled high with laundry, and an uncleaned hairbrush, for two days. 7. It took 70 minutes for my email to be answered, and no phone number was provided.
