Located just 75 feet from the beach access, The Maple Leaf is the perfect rental for your Outer Banks beach vacation. Nestled among the live oaks in the private community of Sea Ridge, you’ll enjoy access to the community pool.
Recent renovations include an enclosed ground level with a rec room, laundry room, full hall bath, and a queen bedroom. The family will enjoy open living and an amazing gourmet kitchen on the mid level. The two bedrooms on this level have also been fully renovated, one of which is a king en suite. Guests will feel relaxed and at home with contemporary finishes, soft gray paint, white shiplap, and soothing neutral tones.
The Maple Leaf is equipped with a computer and WiFi access to keep you connected and 8 TVs throughout the home will provide entertainment for everyone. The well-stocked kitchen will keep the chef in the family happy and a charcoal grill is available for your convenience. 50" TV with DVR and tile floors in living area and kitchen. Enjoy Mother Nature's summer breeze and horizon water views from the furnished deck.
Duck is renowned for wide, clean beaches and charming Duck Village, where you’ll find a wide selection of wonderful restaurants and unique shops. You're sure to find this coastal village both welcoming and charming.
The Osprey/Sea Ridge community outdoor pool is typically open from May to September from sun up until sunset, weather permitting.
For your convenience, this home provides sheets and towels.
Please, no smoking and no pets. Please note, there are 3 exterior cameras at The Maple Leaf.
