Pros: The management team was very responsive and communication was excellent. The location to skiing was ideal. The unit was as advertised.
Cons:
Home Theater-There were no instructions on how to use the home theater, rendering it useless until someone from the management team arrived. In addition, the receiver for the remote control is located in the back of the room, behind the bar in a cabinet. So every time you used the remote control you needed to stand up and go behind the bar to point the remote at the receiver. The owners need to remedy this.
entry and exit: it would have been convenient if a remote control to the garage door was available.
Cleaning: We found used contact lenses on the floor of the downstairs bedroom, indicating that it may not have been vacuumed. Also It would have been nice if some dish soap and laundry detergent was made available.
Downstairs: the temperature of the downstairs, understandably is about 5-7 degrees cooler and space heaters were necessary to keep it comfortable. Also, the faucet in the downstairs bathroom is not functioning properly so you could not get hot water in the shower.
There are several window and door blinds that are either broken or nonfunctional.
There are no functioning TVs in any of the bedrooms.
While none of these issues are critical and are more annoyances, they did detract from our overall enjoyment of this nice unit. Unfortunately I would not return to this unit
