Great house! Plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy family time. Only thing I’d recommend is sleep masks if you plan to sleep in on vacation — the bedrooms got a lot of morning light.

Beautiful Home!

18 ladies from my church came to stay here for a conference. The home was beautiful and spacious! Everyone said they enjoyed the stay. We had an issue with the door, but it was handled promptly. Thank you!

While the home is attractive and only a short drive from Branson, our stay was impacted by maintenance and cleanliness issues. Several bed supports were broken, causing the mattresses to dip, and despite contacting the management office, no assistance was provided. Housekeeping also fell short, with a shoe print on the countertop, unclean utensils, and a dirty refrigerator interior.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

Our stay had its highlights and a few disappointments. Upon arrival, we didn't receive the keycode to enter the property. However, after contacting the host, they quickly provided the code, and we settled in without further issues. We specifically chose this location for the arcade games and the hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not enjoyable due to a low water level and jets that didn't work properly. Without an outdoor faucet or hose, we couldn't add water ourselves, which was a bit of a letdown. The electric fireplace upstairs wasn't functioning and emitted a constant bright flashing light, which was distracting during our family movie night. On a positive note, the beds were very comfortable, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets available. Although the shower water pressure wasn't great, it was sufficient. We absolutely loved the décor of the house, and the upstairs couch and loveseat were so comfortable that we're considering purchasing a set for our own home! Despite the hiccups, we would consider staying here again but would confirm that amenities like the hot tub are fully operational beforehand.

The house was spacious for our large group, which was great.Our only dislikes were:- the bathrooms weren't swept behind the doors...hair, dead bugs, gum wrapper- anything we cooked stuck to the pots/pans...lots of work to get them clean

This is a great house that accommodated our large family. Great location, just outside of Branson. However, the house needs to have some attention. Cleanliness was number one compliant. Had babies crawling on the floor that ended up with black knees. Outdoor patios and furnishings need to be cleaned and cushions return to proper chairs with cleaning. Spiderwebs, dirt divers, etc. The lower level patio was particularly in need of cleaning. Also, supports under all the beds need to be addressed.Kitchen pots and pans also could use some additions and updatingI would stay there again as long as it got a thorough cleaning before we arrived.
