Great Home In The Middle Of Everything!!

Very spacious with new appliances and furniture. Totally renovated. King bed in the master bedroom, Queen in bedroom 1, and queen bed in bedroom 2. A sofa sleeper in the 2nd living area. Gorgeous kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Double garage and new washer and dryer to help you pack less! Enjoy the squirrels dancing in the Texas Pecan Tree in the spacious back yard.

Walking distance to Sherwood park for a wonderful walk or run (1.25 miles around the trail). Super close to Ector county Coliseum.

Clean and convenient to UTPB

We came down to watch our nephew play baseball at UTPB. The house is a short drive from the school with multiple grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The house was clean and the neighborhood was really pretty quiet.

Family Reunion

We had a family reunion scheduled for Saturday, so we reserved for 6 days and absolutely loved the atmosphere as soon as we drove up. We live 7 hours away, so I greatly appreciated the hospitality the owner provided, by not just communicating with me but her amazing house. Nice size home. Clean and laid out nicely for vacationers. Home could use some TLC. Hole for plumbing into master bedroom just had paper over it. Shower and toilet in master had issues. Toilet would run all day unless you kept adjusting float. Shower head had no pressure. Washing machine could use cleaning!! This home is well appointed but could use some love and updating.
