Welcome to Marco Island and its miles of warm sands, turquoise waters and sunsets that leave you breathless.
This cozy, freshly renovated house is nestled in a very quiet and relaxing Marco Island neighborhood. One block from Mackle Park that offers a biking/walking path around a lake as well as a basketball court, volleyball court and bocci ball pit plus children's playground and water splash pad. Only 5 minutes away from Marco Island’s pristine beaches. Split bedroom home layout includes master suite with queen bed and dressing room, second bedroom with queen bed and and third with twin beds. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. New flat smart TV's in all rooms with high-speed internet. Southeastern exposed, electric heated, salt water 35' long private pool with seat in deep end (7'0' deep) other end is shallow end great for kids. The pool is surrounded by palm trees and hedge, creating a private oasis.

Noise Ordinance 20-05 Summary
On October 5, 2020 the City Council approved an updated noise ordinance for the City of Marco
Island. The entire ordinance is available at:

05.pdf. This document is a summary of the key points of the new ordinance.
General noise prohibitions:
1. Between 8:00pm – 7:00am, the sound may not be plainly audible from fifty (50) feet
from the property line or within a fully enclosed structure of a residence; or
2. The sound when measured at the receiving property may not exceed 66 dBA between
7:00am – 8:00pm or 60 dBA between 8:00pm - 7:00am in residential zones; or
3. The sound may not exceed 72 dBA between 7:00am – 9:00pm or 65 dBA between
9:00pm – 7:00am in commercial zones; or
4. In multifamily dwellings or duplexes, the sound may not exceed 50 dBA between
7:00am – 9:00pm or 45 dBA between 9:00pm – 7:00am, measured from the neighbor’s
dwelling unit.
5. Construction noise is prohibited between 7:00pm - 7:00am and on Sundays and
holidays.
6. Landscaping maintenance noise is prohibited between the hours of 9:00pm – 7:00am.
Enforcement and Penalties:
1. Any person responsible for a violation of the noise ordinance will be given a warning and
must comply within five (5) minutes. No warnings will be given after 11:00pm.
2. If a police officer or community service officer has to return and there is a violation at
the home/dwelling unit within 48 hours, a citation or Notice of Violation will be issued.
3. The person responsible for a violation, as well as the property owner, may be issued a
Notice of Violation for each individual violation.
4. Any person violating the ordinance, including the property owner and/or the tenant
may be subject to a civil penalty of $250.00 for the first violation, $500.00 for the
second violation, and $1,000.00 for the third violation. The fourth violation will escalate
to $2,000.00, the fifth violation is $4,000.00 and the sixth violation is $5,000.00.
