It was super easy communication with property management, they sent text reminders, was able to get in online when our flight landed earlier than expected.

We have 3 active teenagers and this is a perfect location. We used the pool daily, ping pong and drove to the beach. The beach is walkable, but as others have said, once you arrive, you have to walk 10 more mins from the parking lot. We didn’t mind, but just prepare. The house has a wagon, cooler, umbrellas, chairs, etc. It’s says close to Hideaway beach, but that’s a private club. We went to Tigertail and South Marco just once.The kitchen is fully stocked! I love to cook and there was truly everything in regards to cookware and leftover containers.The only negative is the bikes all needed air in the tires. There was a note in the garage that if bikes need care, there’s a bike shop nearby. We had a rental car, but we also rented a golf cart for a couple of days to get around which was a lot of fun. The rental agency was highly responsive as we did have questions that were quickly resolved.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The house was everything as was described. The close proximity to the beach access allowed us to bike there everyday. The neighborhood was great for my husband to run and I enjoyed walking to the coffee shop every morning. We enjoyed all the amenities (heated pool, bikes, ping pong and outdoor living space). Would definitely stay here again.

Great sister vacation get away

Great location to stay and enjoy a walk or quick drive to tigertail beach to look for shells, walk/run, relax and read and catch a beautiful sunset. Close to any number of restaurants/shops. Definitely a home away from home feel- so many thoughtful amenities! Although the pool was heated, it was a bit too cool for us to want to use it this time around. Highly recommend this house for a girls trip or family vacation!

Python hunting

We came as a nice place to enjoy the gulf while also being a short distance from the Everglades. A thirteen hour drive was worth it when met with a beautiful home and private pool.

Great rental for family vacation

The layout of the house was very nice and we enjoyed the outdoor space and heated pool since the weather ended up being cooler than expected. The house had a variety of things that were especially appreciated: ample sand toys and beach chairs a wagon to haul everything to the beach bikes in a variety of sizes so we were all able to go biking together a ping pong table for the cool, rainy afternoons so many pool noodles! more than enough bath towels and beach towels for everyone. (I think this is the first rental we've stayed at where the occupancy is listed as six people and they actually provided more than enough towels for six people!!!) a drying rack for laundry (this doesn't seem like it should be a big deal but 4 kids x 2 swim suits each...) The location was in a quieter neighborhood. We could bike to one beach or drive to the other. We hired a fishing charter one morning and the local restaurants will fry up your catch for a small charge. The Marco Island museum was worth the visit. Annie's ice cream shop was a favorite stop. The rental company was fine to deal with. Easy check in and communication. They took care of the one small issue we had right away. The only thing during the whole trip that was odd was that they provided only one dishwasher pod and one extra garbage bag for the entire week. That seemed odd since everything else at the rental was definitely accommodating for a larger family. Overall great! I would definitely recommend it!

Perfect family beach house

I stayed with my wife, and four boys (21,20, 16,16). The house was clean and comfortable. The only criticism is that you will get two pods for laundry and two for the dishwasher. Also, there are two garbage bags. With a family of six that will last a couple of days. No dishwashing soap, so we had to buy some laundry detergent, garbage bags, and dishwashing soap. No biggie, but on vacation, it would be nice not having to deal with that. Tigertail beach is about a mile from the house. Note that you will need to walk across the lagoon (which was fun and the beach on the other side is well worth the trek, or you will need to walk another .5 miles to get to the water from the Tigertail entrance. So if you are pulling a wagon, have an ice cooler, chairs, backpacks, etc. - be ready for a workout. The other two beaches are easy driving distances without the long walk to the water. Nothing is too far on the island. All in all, we would definitely go back again for a stress-free, laid-back island life experience.

This house was very well appointed and comfortable.

We really loved this vacation. The house was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed lots of pool time, played games and just chilled! Of course, the golf and fishing did not disappoint. We would love to rent this property again!

Awesome location and rental

Traveled from MA and really enjoyed our stay in Marco Island. The house accommodated our family of 5 perfectly and we really appreciated all the amenities, especially the outdoor seating area and tv. We were grateful for the beach supplies and wagon to get them to/from TigerTail beach. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Marco Island 6 week stay

House was in great location for walking and riding bikes to Tigertail beach. The pool was warm and clean. Property manager and owner were very responsive when a small issue came up and rectified it right away. We would definitely recommend staying at this house!

Couldn’t have been more pleased!

The property and amenities were exactly as described and we couldn’t have been more pleased! The home was spotless and extremely well equipped with more than enough linens, bath towels and beach towels. The kitchen was equally well stocked with everything we needed and more. The lenai and pool area was our favorite place. It was well furnished and the heated pool made it very comfortable. Although, we spent most of our time lounging poolside, everything we needed for a few trips to the beach was provided. I highly recommend this property. It was perfect for our family getaway!

Perfect Honeymoon Getaway

This home was the perfect place for our honeymoon stay! It had everything we needed and more. It was clean, roomy, and had activities we could enjoy at the home instead of going out every day. We really enjoyed the downstairs area with the TV, Pool, and lounge furniture. We loved this house!

Beautiful Lanai

We truly enjoyed the lanai, which was enclosed in a 2 story screened cage. Plus, the property manager helped as soon as we we needed assistance. Very nice!

Excellent place to stay especially for the pandemic

Clean, very well stocked house that provided everything for our 2 week stay. Kids loved the pool, table tennis, tv with roku and cable in other places. Two very good bikes. close to bike to Tigertail beach. Cooked all but 5 meals in the home and everything was there for cooking including a nice grill. The lanai space with the outdoor tv was very fun. Beds were reasonably comfortable and bathrooms had good hot water, though you have to wait a bit. Some construction noise next store but not anyone's fault. A bit more affordable than other similar bed size homes and nothing was sacrificed other than an intercoastal view.

The heated pool was just awesome. The rental had everything we were looking for. The bikes at the rental were great too. Definitely recommend the place.

Decompressing during Covid

We stayed at Tom & Susan's gorgeous house the first week in August. It had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. The pool was perfect and amazing in the hot Florida sun! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to plan and prepare our meals. The lanai downstairs was so relaxing and we actually watched "Shark Week" from the pool! I only had to communicate with the owners for one or two small issues (we locked the door behind us when we were in the pool, lol) and she responded back very quickly to assist us! The location to the Tigertail Beach was incredible and there were many restaurants for to go orders. We went to the putt-putt nearby and icecream shop. I would highly recommend this gorgeous house for your next Marco Island vacation!

Great stay at 870 Kendall Drive

Our stay in 870 Kendall was fantastic. The house is absolutely gorgeous, with lots of attention to details. Probably the best place of the house was downstairs, with the pool, open patio with couch and TV set, and BBQ and dinner table. Also being only 5' by bike from Tigertail beach is a big plus. We usually rent houses in the middle of Marco and go to Marco beach, but over the years, this area became extremely crowded and not so fun anymore. Tigertail beach is still somewhat away from the big hotels so that you can relax and enjoy the beach without too much noise. I'd highly recommend 870 Kendall drive as it's been one of the best rentals we've had over 15 years.
