This was a wonderful place for our family gathering. Each casita was so well equipped.it was also great to walk to everything in town. I’d give it 6 stars!
We really enjoyed our stay. Unit D on the end has a wonderful kitchen leading out to the courtyard with BBQ, firepit and lounging area. Everyone had their own private Casita and bedroom area but then could join together for coffee in the am and chats in the evening after we explored Santa Fe for the day. Everything is within walking distance so excellent location! The units do need a little refresh on the outdoor space furniture and gate.
These casitas were perfect for our needs. Traveling with friends and family units, people were able to split off into their own seprate private casita, while still able to congregate in the two larger casitas for communal meals / social hours. Great property.
A great extended family retreat! This property was so handy--we had separate sleeping spaces but also space to gather for games and meals. The location is ideal--a short walk to Site Museum and the Railyard district, and 12 minutes to the plaza. A walk to Canyon Road only takes about 20. It is located on a quiet street. Kitchens were nicely equipped, and the property instructions were on a handy tablet device.
Location is perfect, casitas are clean and inviting. We had everything at our fingertips. Host was great at accommodating our needs for pack n play for 2yo toddler. Highly recommend for families. My 4 year old toddler insisted on sleeping on pull out sofa and it was soo comfy! 12 hr sleep is hard to get with toddlers!

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
This spot worked really well for our group for it's location and multiple private units. The pictures are accurate but maybe not complete. My husband and I stayed in D. It has the large outside space and was a good place for our group to gather. It does not have effective a/c. There is a floor unit in the bedroom but that does not help the heat level in the main room, so not a good place for us to gather inside. Unit A has the front patio and shade and a full kitchen. The lock boxes for two of the units have newer digital lock boxes that would not work in the heat so we had to use the other unit's lock boxes to store keys. I tried to request an early (2 hours early) check in and didn't hear back from management until either that night or the next day.The units were clean, well maintained (other than the lock boxes) and walkable to the plaza as well as the Railyard which was perfect for us. Beds were comfy and the spaces comfortable (other than the a/c issue in D).
