The Artist's Treehouse

This luxury loft apartment has french doors opening onto a large treetop level deck overlooking a garden with pond and stream. It is in the heart of downtown Fairfield, a block away from the grocery store and 5 blocks from the town square. I (the owner of this 4 apartment building) am an artist and I designed this apartment for myself. It is both wonderful and a bit eccentric. The space is entirely open. but there is a part of the loft that forms a second room that is quite private; both visually and aurally separate from the rest of the space. Most adults have to bend over to enter the space. Check out the photographs. The deck has steps down to the garden which you are free to enjoy. Residential neighborhood. The house borders on an alley that has the feeling of a country lane. Easy peasey.... Half way between the town square and the university. One block down a country lane feeling alley to the grocery store. Easiest location. Free bikes for getting around or enjoying the 17 mile bike loop around Fairfield.
