High standard house in gated community, located in one of the most beautiful locations in the interior of SP, in front of a stunning dam, over 3,000 meters of land, with full infrastructure for your leisure and enjoy contact with nature. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 suite with double bed and 2 other rooms containing 2 bunk beds each, we have space for all family and friends.
Site built many years ago, with great care and attention, you will feel in the midst of the peace of nature, combining cold nights of the mountains, with the warm days of the interior, with the calm water dam at the feet of the property is ideal for groups. who want to enjoy beautiful days with good company and a lot of sports, tanning and a good barbecue, ending with a night with a good wine in the fireplace and a pizza coming out of the oven ready to be tasted.

Desde o primeiro contato com Sr Antônio, tudo impecável, sempre atento às nossas necessidades e conforto, foi um excelente anfitrião. Visitamos a chácara antes dos dias agendados e tudo correu absolutamente em perfeita ordem. Simone, Sandro e Vitor, família que reside em local como caseiros, foram extremamente solícitos, gentis e prestativos. Nos sentimos seguros e muito à vontade. Pena que choveu todos os dias, mas mesmo sem a presença do sol foi maravilhoso. Lugar paradisíaco e inesquecível! Voltaremos com certeza. Vale a pena conhecer!

Sítio Maravilhoso !

A casa é linda , espaçosa , muito aconchegante e bem decorada , além de tudo muito limpo, tem todos os utensílios domésticos necessários. Uma sala maravilhosa , grande e com uma vista para um Paraíso de represa e muito verde , com uma TV grande e um excelente sinal , a minha mãe amou e se sentiu em casa . Os quartos todos com uma com uma bela vista e com redes para um bom descanso . Um espaço gourmet perfeito ,com tudo e até mais do que precisavamos . A piscina e aos redores... tudo perfeito ! O caseiro é bem dedicado e muito prestativo Além da casa que é maravilhosa , o lugar é um sonho , de uma natureza esplêndida , uma paz,uma tranquilidade . O meu final de semana e da minha família foi maravilhoso e todos amaram . Eu super recomendo!

Encantada!

Fui com um grupo grande de amigos (13 pessoas) para nossa confraternização de final de ano e todos ficaram encantados com o local, inclusive, é muito mais bonito do que mostram as fotos! Primeiramente, o Sr. Danilo e o Sr. Antônio foram extremamente atenciosos durante a nossa decisão, inclusive, para marcamos para visitar o sítio antes da locação. Chegando lá o caseiro Sandro também nos recepcionou muito bem e foi sempre muito simpático e prestativo. O sítio é de fácil acesso, em um condomínio fechado e com uma paisagem deslumbrante. A casa é espaçosa, muito bem equipada, extremamente limpa, muito bem cuidada, com vários ambientes para serem aproveitados e todos ficaram bem acomodados. Recomendo com certeza e já estamos planejando nosso retorno em breve!!! Obrigada Danilo e Antônio por toda a atenção e por nos proporcionar um final de semana maravilhoso!
