Cómoda casa de campo, limpia con todo lo que necesita para una excelente estadía escondida contra las montañas, duerme 6 (2 camas en cada una de las 2 habitaciones y una cama queen en el 3er dormitorio), baranda, play n'pack, trona según sea necesario para los más pequeños, 2 habitaciones familiares y 2 televisores, amplia cocina, internet, Netflix, 2 chimeneas (estufa de leña y chimenea tradicional y leña incluida), medio acre cubierto de hierba donde puedes ver a los ciervos en el patio delantero y trasero, muy cerca Estación de esquí Snow Basin ya 45 minutos de las estaciones de Salt Lake y Park City. Camine (tanto en invierno como en verano) y salga en bicicleta por la puerta, muy cerca del entretenimiento familiar, teatros, restaurantes, excelentes caminatas familiares y, sin embargo, se siente como una propiedad aislada. Grandes vecinos, árboles altos, patio sereno y hogar.

Comfortable hillside home

Nice older home in the hills of Layton. Close to hiking and biking trails of the Bonnevile Lake rim trail. Perfect location to do sightseeing in the Salt Lake basin. Great for a family stay.

Fabulous place to stay in Layton!

Holly was an amazing host! The location was perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked. There were plenty of towels for my family to use. The backyard had plenty of space for our children to run around. The grill was nice to have. It was nice having 2 living areas when we had family over for dinner. If we visit Layton again in the future, we would love to stay here again!

Inviting home

This home was very inviting: decorated warmly and stocked well. We found the location to be easy to find, and conveniently located. The home was in a good location for us. The owner made entrance easy, which was great for our late arrival. The only issue that we had was that the property did not have a/c, but a swamp cooler instead. The owner was anxious to please us and offered us a solution and then she followed through as promised. This is a lovely property that would have been enjoyed in a cooler time of the year. We just needed a/c in the 90 degree weather week we visited.

Another Enjoyable Stay

This was a family visit. The home was clean and neat. The owner is extremely communicative and wants her guests to be comfortable at all times. Our grandkids always enjoy staying there.

Backyard oasis!

The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The front and backyards were a complete delight - enormous green space with flowers, birds, and fruit trees! It truly felt like an oasis right up against the hillside.

Great birding mountain retreat

Nice clean house on the mountain side. Very quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants. We loved hanging out in the backyard and relaxing after long days of outdoor activities.

Such a nice cozy place

The host was amazing. She kept in touch making sure everything was great. When we had an epic snowstorm 3 days in a row she arranged for the driveway to be plowed every day. We had a great time. Would definitely stay again!

Quaint and Charming Cottage

We enjoyed our stay in this quaint cottage. We liked that it backs up to the mountain for great privacy and loved the cozy living room with a wood burning stove. The property is easily accessible for everything in the Layton/Ogden area, including our trips to Antelope Island and Weber State. Some of the linens, towels, decor could use updating, but that is a pretty minor complaint for an otherwise very nice stay.

Great home and fantastic host

Stayed here the first week of January 2023 with my family for a week of skiing at Snowbasin. The host was wonderful about communicating with us and had the home ready with a fire in the wood burning stove when we arrived. The house is warm and comfortable, and the host left many nice touches (the chocolates were a treat!) that made our stay absolutely wonderful. They were generous enough to leave us a garage door remote so we could easily pack and unpack our skis each day and store them in the garage overnight. The house is about a 25 minute drive from Snowbasin and I would estimate about an hour from Park City and the Big/Little Cottonwood Canyon. The neighborhood is nice and the town of Layton has everything you need. We were just so happy with our stay and highly recommend this property.

Best house and even better property owner

staying at this property was the best experience anyone cld have looking to stay around salt lake city. the house is perfect.everything worked great. the property is close to everything from shopping to skiing to site seeing. the home owner is by far the nicest most accommodating home owner ever. the house itself is perfect for this area. cozy fireplaces, nice appliances giant yard. my entire family was impressed from day 1 and it only got better. As for Holly there is no way anyone cld be a sweeter caring person. thank you so much Holly for everything you did for us. we are truly grateful. anyone wanting to stay around slc shld grab this house if it's available..you will absolutely love it.

Holly's House

Holly is a great host. Everything was just as we expected with the house and Holly went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. The house is in a great location for access to the mountains and trails and I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Salt Lake area.
