マリティーナヴィラは、ハニアの街からわずか20 km、マレメの長い小石のビーチから4 kmの村Xirokampiに位置しています。 オリーブの木に囲まれた石と木で作られた美しい家具付きの伝統的なクレタ島のヴィラです。 Xirokampiは丘の村で、ハニア県の北海岸の息をのむような景色を眺めることができます。

ヴィラは140平方メートルで、1000平方メートルの私有地に建てられています。 プライベートプール（32平方メートル）で1日を過ごし、クレタ海のきらめく海の眺めを楽しみ、ハンモックでくつろいだり、バーベキューや伝統的な石のオーブンで調理したりします。

家は2つのレベルで構築されています。 1階には、1つのコーナーに暖炉、6席のダイニングエリア、設備の整ったキッチン、バスルーム、2つのツインベッドルームを備えた伝統的な内装のリビングルームがあります。 ベッドルームとリビングルームの両方にフレンチドアがあり、色とりどりの花の庭に通じています。 上の階にはバスルーム、四柱式ダブルベッドのあるマスターベッドルーム、海と山のパノラマの景色を望むプライベートバルコニーがあります。 このレベルでは、石の下に木製のベンチとテーブルがある小さなベランダがあります-アーチを構築しました。

2 weeks hot summer

The house of Manos was a really good choice for our group. 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a huge kitchen, the bbq-area and the different seating areas for every occation. The pool was always occupied by our kids ... no matter the time. This was an amazing property and we enjoyed every minute on it. Two small suggestions for an update...mosquito nets before the bedroom windows and new paint around the pool would have been nice. But nothing on this diminished our time and we would always come back a 2nd, 3rd, 4th time.

A lovely house and a nice time in Crète

We spent a week in this house. Everything was almost perfect... the only problem we had was with the washing machine, but Manos bought a new one at once, and then everything was perfect. Everything we need was in the house. Manos has prepared for us fruits, oil, milk, tea, coffe, orange juice, yoghurts, so whan we arrived we could eat and have time. The landscape is very nice, with olivers all around the villa. In fact, nothing was missing. And of course the house is very nice, well decorated. It was a very pleasant place to stay for all the family, after visiting all day long!

The property is breathtakingly beautiful, romantic, relaxing, surrounded by groves of olives, orchards of pears, vineyards of grapes, and countless authentic, local Cretan fare restaurants. Countless beaches are within a 5-30 minute drive, and if you need, a clean, cool swimming pool at your own villa! Olive oil tours, brewery tours, wine tasting tours within short drives, and ancient history at Knossos only a three hour drive. If you are considering a different location, drop it and reserve Maritina in Xirocampi/Plantanias! Andreas offers outstanding hospitality, and remains available throughout your stay for recommendations of restaurants and activities. He is the most gracious, communicative, and generous host. Das Haus und die Betreuung vor Ort waren einfach perfekt. Der Vermieter und uns herzlich mit eigenem Olivenöl , Raki und Lebensmitteln empfangen.Wir haben 2 unvergessliche Wochen im Haus verbracht und würden jederzeit die Villa wieder buchen.

Traumhaft!

Das Ferienhaus ist in einer absolut tollen Lage. Wir hatten jeden Tag, 24Std. einen traumhaften Blick auf Olivenbäume und das Meer. Im Allgemeinen war es sehr sauber und überhaupt nicht abgewohnt oder ähnliches. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen definitiv wieder zurück in diese Unterkunft.

Wonderful stone house

The holiday home is located in a rural environment. It is beautifully furnished and lovely decorated. It was missing anything. By stone walls, it has a special flair. The terrace has a beautiful view of the sea. A car is recommended. The nice, friendly and helpful landlord family took care of invisible to the weekly service, including fresh fruit, a bottle of wine, raki and olive oil from local production to reception. We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday and can recommend the Stone House at any time.

A Taste of Paradise

We had a wonderful holiday at the Maritina Villa - when we arrived we felt as though we'd stepped into paradise, The sun was shining, the villa was beautiful and the view was stunning. We have never stayed in a better villa - everything we could have wanted was there and the kitchen facilites were brilliant (we love to cook!). Manos, the owner, was really hositable, left us some of his own olive oil and home-made wine and various provisions to get us through the first day. We spent many days taking in the view and enjoying the "away from it all" ambience.....gorgeous!
