Welcome to our charming pink studio, fully renovated in October 2024! Blending coastal living with cozy comfort, this stylish retreat is just steps from the sandy shores. Enjoy a relaxing escape in a space with delightful pink-themed decor, designed to make your stay as serene as it is memorable.
This stylish studio at Island Colony Hotel has everything you need for a short or extended stay, with beautiful partial views of the ocean, golf course, mountains, and city.

We offer a convenient and affordable parking option just one block from the building for $30 per 24 hours, subject to availability. Parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations must be made in advance to guarantee a spot. Please contact us to reserve and make payment before your arrival.

*1 full sized sofa bed
*Split type AC System for your comfort.
*Free Wifi throughout the unit and building. Speeds of up to 300 Mbps for uploads and up to 500 Mbps for downloads.
*Fresh cotton linens and bedding.
*Beach towels.
*Vanity mirror, dedicated work area & desk.
Kitchen:
*Full kitchen with a refrigerator.
*Induction cooktop.
*Basic cooking utensils, pots and pans.
*Coffee maker.
*Microwave.
*Hot water kettle.
*Toaster.
*Bowls, plates, cups, utensils and dishwashing liquids.
*Cleaning supplies.
*Rice Cooker.
Bathroom:
* Walk in shower
* Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.

Check-in is after 3:00 PM. While we may be able to accommodate an earlier check-in, it’s not guaranteed and must be requested in advance. Please reach out around 12 noon on your arrival day to check availability.
Parking Information:
*Island Colony Garage: Parking is available in the adjacent garage for $45 per day (subject to change). Payment can be made directly to ProPark.
*On-Site Rental Option: 808 Smart Car, located in the building, offers convenient rentals. Many guests find it easier to rent for the day, return the car before closing, and rent again as needed to avoid parking fees.
*Alternative Parking: We also offer a parking option just one block from the building for $30 per day.
Please take a second to review these house rules from our HOA to be courteous to those living around you. Violations can result in fines from our HOA and we’ll have to pass those fines on to you.
Having visitors it’s totally OK! however, please make sure to register them with Security in the lobby even if they aren’t staying overnight.
Lastly, just a friendly reminder to remember to keep track of the beach towels theres a $20 charge per towel if they get lost. If you’d like to take them home, let us know ahead of time.
