Welcome to this beautiful Santa-Fe Style home located at the top of the historic La Quinta Cove. This home is surrounded by the breath-taking Santa Rosa mountains, boasting a spacious 1776 Sq Ft living space with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath with an additional 4th room. This home has been newly remodeled with all of the amenities and furnishings of luxury living including new stainless appliances, new granite countertops, spacious living room, walk in shower, imported Spanish porcelain tile, freshly painted interior and exterior, and two fire places in the master bedroom and den/living area. The private pool faces Southwest, great for relaxing and entertaining ( this pool cannot be heated as it’s all electric). The Bear Creek Trail head for hiking & biking are just minutes away and close to some of the deserts best golf, pickleball, tennis, entertainment, restaurants, casinos and festivals. Minimum 31-day rental or month to month, December through May the price may vary. Owner pays for water, sewer, garbage, pool service, gardener, pest control, internet, and electricity up to 150$ per month. NO- Subleasing. This home will make you feel like you’re always on vacation.

We have been coming to the Coachella Valley in March for many years, and our expectations are always high. This is the first time we’ve stayed at Allene’s house, and we weren’t disappointed. Every morning for the past month, I sat next to the pool on the back patio with my breakfast and watched the rising sun light up the mountains and listened to the birds greet the day with song and chatter. Located in La Quinta Cove, the house is a short walk from fabulous hiking in the Santa Rosa Wilderness, a short drive from great restaurants and world-class bakeries, and ten minutes from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. We came to the Coachella Valley for the tennis tournament, the performing arts, and to walk in the desert and bathe in the sunshine. Allene’s spacious, comfortable house in La Qiuinta was a perfect home-away-from-home, and Allene was the perfect host. See you next year! David and Sherrie
