Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

- All guests must be at least 25 years old, except for children with parents.
- Does not rent with monthly discount in summer season (Memorial Day - Labor Day)

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
-Please put all used bath towels on the floor of the bathrooms. -Please put all used beach towels in the washer and turn it on.
-Please take trash to the dumpster at the end of the parking lot. You will need the key fob. -Please be sure to return pool passes and key fob.
-Please make sure patio door is locked, and key is on the hook by kitchen. -Please strip the used beds and put used sheets/pillow cases on the floor for the cleaners to retrieve.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No extra overnight guests unless on reservation or approved.If you violate this rule, the fee is $25 per extra guest per night with possible eviction.
Limits: 1 dog up to 80 lbs or 2 dogs up to 40 lbs each. -Dogs must be leashed at all times. -Renters are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Loved the condo. Was everything that was advertised. Will definitely do this again next year. Very close free parking and hop on the bus that takes you to the beach.Pool was easy walking distance, super clean plus a lot of seating around it plus had tables and a covered area if want out of the sun.Had a great vacation in this condo.

Great vacation

This was our first time in Rehoboth and it was amazing. The place was so easy to find. There was ample parking that was close. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. It’s close enough to the beach and stores to walk. The pool is a plus for the kids. The grounds are very well kept. Inside the condo, it is up to date and very clean. There were enough starter items that we didn’t lot have to go out to the store the night we arrived. There were beach towels, a cooler, pickle ball set, and linens all included. The closets were very roomy but there were also dressers if needed. The bathrooms were ver clean and sanitized upon arrival. The host was very communicative prior to and after the stay. We didn’t have an issues so we did not have to contact them during the stay. Overall, this was a great place to stay and I would 100% stay here again.
