Nuestra casa de playa está convenientemente ubicada en el lado del océano de Coastal Highway entre Outlet Malls, a poco más de 3 millas en coche del quiosco de música Rehoboth Beach en el paseo marítimo y Main St. y también es fácilmente accesible en coche a Dewey Beach y puntos al sur, así como la histórica ciudad de Lewes y el Parque Estatal Cape Henlopen. We really appreciated the pet friendly option. We were not fans of the air freshener used as it bothered by wife’s allergies. The beds were a bit soft for our tastes. A refresh on towels wouldn't be a bad thing either. Still a good value, close to everything, great communication with the host and would recommend to people coming to the area.

Cozy house in a quiet neighborhood and close to beaches. Enjoyed early morning walks through the neighborhood with my pup. Family joined for one day to celebrate a milestone birthday. Large deck and yard. Prop mgr was very responsive.

This property was quiet, easily accessible, and close to shops and restaurants on Route 1. It is a short drive to downtown Rehoboth and Lewes. The house itself is very comfortable and has a large backyard and deck. It was a very relaxing home away from home. We will definitely stay here again.

Quick getaway while selling house!

Overall our stay was really nice! Property owner was fantastic with communication and really welcoming and quick to respond! Dana's place was very homey feeling and offered just what we needed for a near last minute trip!

Great stay for inexpensive price

We enjoyed our stay (myself, husband and dog) in June 2025.Pros - Great location, close to Coastal Highway; Great amenities, made use of Roku TV & DVDs. Plenty of sheets, pillow/cases, blankets. Allows pets.Cons - Only full size beds in each bedroomWish we had time to go crabbing or ride the bikes.

Rehoboth Getaway

Lovely host and the house is in a quiet neighborhood. Fun and friendly neighbors. The house was a little worn, you can tell it spent a great life as a beloved beach house, but it fit our needs. It has an absolutely stellar deck and firepit with an enormous yard.

Wonderful Almost Spring Trip

We stayed for two nights. The house was as described and equipped with everything we needed. A nice, quiet neighborhood and convenient location. We had our dogs with us and enjoyed the yard and space available for all of us to enjoy our visit. We'll probably make this an annual winter - almost spring trip.

Location is great. Quiet area with no through traffic. Comfortable for 6 people. Short drive to the beaches. Some interior items are in need of updating but are liveable. Nice size backyard. Would stay again. BTW outside shower is great!

Great location

Great location within a mile to the outlets and a few miles to the best beaches - quiet neighborhood, owner was always available if needed - spent 8 nights, so grateful to be able to take our 2 dogs - not easy to find when both are over 50 lbs - awesome backyard. I gave it a 4 only because the house is an older home. We look forward to going back!

Yes, the house is not new, but it does have a new bathroom, frig, stove & more.

Comfortable and quiet

Had all amenities that were listed and more.,very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighborhood. Had an issue as soon as arrived called Dana and we fixed issue right away. Dana was very respectful of our stay. Large backyard for our dog. We would stay here again for sure.

Great location and stay!

3 seniors enjoying the Delaware Eastern Shore and Cape May. Comfortable, clean. Best stocked kitchen of any place I've stayed. Quiet neighborhood. Back yard with plenty of room for dog to run. Yard was clean (happy former guests cleaned up behind their dogs:). Owner easily available & helpful, "good guy". Would stay again

Perfect location for R&R

This property was perfect for our family including our dog. Neighborhood was quiet and so close to EVERYTHING. Easy drive to any restaurant, supermarket and outlets. Beach and boardwalk were easy to get to. Online pictures & descriptions were accurate. Property owner was great to deal with. I mistakenly booked wrong dates and he worked with me to correct. Can tell he takes pride in his beach house. Would definitely rent this property again.

It's good

We stayed for a long weekend. The neighborhood is nice. The screen door flops open & is inside the front door. The main bathroom toilet rocks in place.

toilet in master bedroom is brand new. will check to be sure it's level. it shouldn't be rocking and wasn't before. not sure which screen door guest is referring to, but we'll have that checked too.
