Disfruta de la comodidad de este gran condominio! Descansa junto a la chimenea de musgo en el cómodo sofá de cuero occidental y el sofá de dos plazas de estilo occidental. La gran mesa de comedor sentará a toda su familia, con asientos adicionales cerca en el bar. ¡La cocina totalmente equipada y amueblada hace que preparar la comida y servirla sea muy fácil! Dos puertas correderas de cristal que dan acceso a la terraza grande. El salón principal tiene tres dormitorios y dos baños. Arriba, encontrará un loft, el cuarto dormitorio y otro baño. El loft tiene una zona de estar, cama litera, y su propia televisión. Excelente para los niños!

La entrada del edificio Paradise está en el tercer piso. Hay solo unos pasos desde el estacionamiento para acceder a la P-303.

Su apartamento está cerca de la elevación de la pared Oeste. A pocos pasos, los esquís en, y se encuentra en las pistas.

Great stay, property as described.

Great stay, very clean, perfect for our needs. If you want to eat caviar off of marble counter tops, maybe this isnt the best place for you... If you want plenty of room for 5 adults and 5 kids, well appointed, good/easy communication, with a great skiing location, this is your spot. If I had to list one improvement, have the hot tub open for pre-skiing soaks!

Space and Views

We had a fantastic long weekend in CB. The condo was HUGE with more than enough space for our family of six to spread out. Communication with the property manager was awesome. Clean condo with great views.

Great place!

Everything was awesome at the condo. The beds were super comfy and everything was very clean. They include all of the dishes and cookware and even some spices and such. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets and pillows in every closet. Very cool with lots of room. The property managers were also easy to get in touch with and very helpful. Awesome views in a wonderful area!

Reviewer Comments: We had 5 couples and three small children and the combined space - one atop the other with both indoor hallway and outdoor balcony stair access - was divine! 5 bathrooms, everyone with their own beds + game closets, and well-equipped kitchens = a family at peace. Shuttles make it easy. Our large family go-to, even better during ski season for ski in and out access.

Good accommodations, surprise ending

Good points of unit: fully supplied kitchen, quiet yet convenient location , insulated walls keeps unit quiet, large bedrooms, spacious closets and dressers, comfy beds. Disappointing points of unit: very small living area (seats 5), stairs to upper level are ridiculously steep and unsafe. Surprise: contract with itemized charges does not include all costs (even when damage is not incurred).

The only additional charge that was not on the contract was the pet fee. We did not know you had a pet until after you arrived. We charged you the pet fee of $15/night for one dog as listed under the house rules. I did contact you prior to charging your card to let you know you would need to pay the fee. The pet fee is an industry norm and what we charge is considerably less than many complexes.The pet fee goes to cover the additional cleaning costs of removing pet hair and, in your case, your dog left an extensive amount. Housekeeping did take photos of the dog hair throughout the condo. We want to continue to allow dogs and the pet fee is an essential part of that to help cover the additional housekeeping costs.

Good location, comfortable place, but a bit outdated.

The condo is a true ski & ski out. The location was great. The unit is large and very well stocked. The views are excellent. The beds and furnishings are very comfortable. That all being said, the unit is in need of a SERIOUS gut and remodel. It has the feel of 70s décor. There is peeling paint in all the bedrooms. The appliances and bathroom fixtures are from the 70s or 80s. I am still giving it a 4 star rating, because the pictures kind of show the old style of the unit, so it was not a complete surprise to us. However, the peeling paint and amount of Formica needs to be addressed.

Place is very good. The units are efficiently used and everything seems to work well. As noted by others, and as somewhat depicted in the photos, the finishes are very dated and some are very much showing their age/wear. But again, perfectly fine. One thing that was of considerable annoyance was the lack of any means to dry ski gear. There are no space heaters, boot dryer, clothes dryer, or even a hair dryer. We had to rely on turning ski gloves somewhat inside out and using the ceiling fan in the bedroom. Some method of drying ski gear would have been appreciated.

Thanks for your feedback! There are a couple of coin-operated clothes dryers on the first floor of the building, but I am surprised that there was no hair dryer available. Something must have happened to it--we will be sure to put one in there asap. I will mention to the owners about the possibility of providing a boot dryer as well. Love San Moritz and Crested Butte

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 10th year to visit Crested Butte, and for the majority of those visits we have stayed in San Moritz. We love the location for the best views of the town and sunset. The customer service is exceptional. The unit was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion is that this particular unit could really use some updates. The kitchen lacks in proper cooking utensils. For a unit this size, they should expect large groups. We had 9 in our group but no bowls large enough for a big salad or pots big enough for a large quantity of soup. The utinsels were all old and the knives were not sharp. Also, the bathrooms have peeling paint on the ceiling, but that isn’t a deal breaker. We will definitely return to San Moritz, but probably try to stay in a different condo next time.
