Superbe bord de mer rénové 3/2 apt! Nouvelle liste!!!

Notre propriété est un bel appartement privé récemment rénové dans le bâtiment ESJ AZUL COLLECTION. Ce bâtiment se trouve juste sur la plage d'Isla Verde, à côté de El SAN JUAN RESORT. De notre balcon et les trois chambres à coucher, vous pouvez entendre les vagues de l'océan en face de vous. L'orientation de l'appartement est au nord, si vous avez jamais l'orientation ouest qui peut faire une propriété très chaud à Puerto Rico au cours de l'après-midi. Le bâtiment est à moitié hôtel et condos privés demi. L'avantage est qu'il dispose d'équipements de l'hôtel, comme une belle piscine, salle de gym, concierge, réception, cafétéria, salle de jeux, grande / zone de divertissement de bar et mini-marché. Nous venons de terminer la rénovation de cet appartement, il est maintenant très moderne, avec 1600 pieds carrés de nouvelles chambres, salles de bains, cuisine et salon. Nouvelle centrale A / C unité silencieuse. Tous les appareils de cuisine sont en acier inoxydable et flambant neuf, y compris réfrigérateur côte à côte avec machine à glaçons, gamme complète, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et des vêtements avant de chargement laveuse et sécheuse. Le lobby et les parties communes seulement ont subi une rénovation de 12 millions de dollars, après de nouveaux investisseurs ont acquis la propriété. Grande piscine est sur le premier niveau, avec vue sur l'océan, et dispose d'un service de bar et des tonnes de chaises longues.

The location is excellent. Easy access to beach and restaurants and a great grocery store to stock up on essentials. Also a very quick drive to airport and reasonable drive to get to Old San Juan or east to Luquillo or Fajardo.

The apartment looked just like the photos and included everything we needed for our stay - from pots and pans to beach towels. Jorge and Annie were very responsive and answered any questions we had quickly. Enjoying the ocean view from the balcony was the perfect way to start the day. We took an Uber to the Vivo Beach Club one day, which was very nice and not crowded. Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable.

Excellent stay loved everything. The place is very secured with access to beach and the casino next door. Very clean, parking next to lobby entrance with easy access to the elevators. My mom was in a wheelchair and we had no problems getting around with her. The view is beautiful worth the price.

This location is right on the beach with a beautiful view of the beach. This place is very spacious with lots of room for a large group, it was very nice and clean! Because we fell in love with the location, the apartment is so close to the beach that you can hear the waves crashing and I just love that relaxing sound. We also like very much all the renovations the new owner of the building has done to all the common facilities.

Everything is near, pool, beach, restaurants, casinos, 24/7 supermarkets, etc. Isla Verde's location is also very near main highways, if you want to explore the island, only 12 minutes in car from Old San Juan, 40 minutes from El Yunque Rain Forest and 50 minutes from Fajardo.
