Located in the heart of Cajun Country you are just a few miles from the world famous Tabasco factory at Avery Island, many festivals and the quaint downtown of New Iberia. Each cottage is renovated sugar cane farm housing built in the early 1900's. The first cottage has a full size bed and a pull out couch in the living room. Efficiency kitchen includes a mini fridge, microwave, sink and breakfast bar. The second cottage is a little larger and has a full size bed in one bedroom, a full bed in a second bedroom and a pull out sofa in the living room. The cottage also has a large kitchen area with full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave and breakfast area. This cottage is decorated with vintage 1950's furniture giving it a very comfortable feel. Both cottages have a large shared screen in porch overlooking the peaceful waters of the Bayou Teche. These cottages are available to rent separate as well.
