Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.
Parking: Easy access private parking lot with secured entry. You will have 2 parking pass to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.
Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Self check-in with keypad.
Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities.
Living Area: Plenty of seating. Sleeper sofa. Access to Oceanfront balcony via sliding glass doors.
Bedroom 1: King bed. TV. Balcony.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed. Balcony.
Bedroom 3: Two twin beds. TV.
Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms.

Beach: Walk a few minutes through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Amenities: HOA owned and operated. Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions.
Laundry: Private in-unit.

Guests will have the condo to themselves. RENTAL OF THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY FORM OF FRONT-DESK SERVICE OR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, HOUSEKEEPING.

Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.
Routine pest control happens every month on the 2nd Tuesday at this condo via the HOA. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.

We would stay here again. Our only complaint was the day before checking out they were renovating the condo directly above ours. The noise was really bad. At one point I even recorded it. The dragging of a ladder (I presume) across the floor over and over again was bad enough but I thought they would come through the ceiling when they were drilling. That's when I recorded the noise. We left the condo for awhile. Disappointed but not mad...people have to renovate and there is no good time to do that.
