What we absolutely loved about this place was the view! We were so high up overlooking the ocean. We also loved the setting. The patio area was great, with lots of tropical plants. We enjoyed sitting there in the morning drinking our coffee and listening to the waves at night. It was so neat hearing the coquies and roosters. Joe met us in town when we got there so we could find our way. We're glad we had an SUV because the driveway is steep. The apartment was well-equipped. The bedroom and living area are combined, but still plenty of room. It was nice talking to Joe. He gave us some good recommendations on places to go. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful and well-equipped

This is a well-equipped property with a fabulous view. We went out during the days and cooked in the evenings (everything you need is in the kitchen). Comfortable bed and very large, good shower. The access is a bit tricky - but Joe met us in a carpark a couple of miles away and led us to the property.

Amazing Views

great. The location is away from the busy downtown area but close to good restaurants and a short walk to the beach. It is perched on a hillside with beautiful viewss of the ocean and sunsets. You can hear the waves while enjoying the patio. We will definitely be back!

Amazing, beautiful & relaxing

Joes place is absolutely incredible. The views are so breathtaking, his home is amazing and he’s so sweet. Everything is close in driving distance. Ricomini bakery down the street is an incredible breakfast choice! Don’t miss out on this wonderful place. We’ll be back!

Lovely location, peaceful vibe, helpful owner - Would return

Joe's place is in a unique location - high above the ocean yet close enough to hear the breakers. A beautiful view with a peaceful patio for eating and relaxing - that is the place's signature. We cooked a bit with the well-supplied kitchen and ate in heaven. Also, Joe was a responsive owner who was helpful, responsive and yet gave us our privacy. We enjoyed our stay and would return gain.

Our stay at this property was everything and more than was expected. Our host, Joe and his Wife were accommodating while at the same time we felt that we had privacy. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful and Serene

Comfortable, informal space. Beautiful view from the porch, as advertised. Road approaching and driveway are narrow, the driveway steep, but we adapted and felt it was well worth it. Joe was very accommodating and welcoming.

Fantastic view!

The perfect place for my solo vacation to Rincon. I spent my mornings in the swing under the mango tree sipping coffee and watching the waves roll in. Clean, well appointed apartment and Joe is a wonderful host. Can't wait to visit again!

Beautiful views, great for a family

My wife grew up visiting Rincon and finally got to bring me and our 2 kids. We booked Joe's place and had a wonderful stay. My 5 y/o and I basically lived on the swing and hammock for four days, taking in the amazing view overlooking the water. My 1 y/o loved the dogs, cats, lizards, chickens, pelicans, doves and other animals all around. The indoor accommodations are simple but everything was well stocked and comfortable. Joe was very responsive and helpful. Having access to washer and dryer was absolutely clutch for managing 2 young kids. Walking access to the beach and a very quick drive to shops and restaurants in Rincon. We all loved it and hope to return in the future.

Wonderful Stay in Rincon!

We had a great stay at Joe's place in Rincón! He and Pilar are wonderful hosts. The apartment is just as described. It was clean, comfortable, and truly has some of the best views in Rincón! Joe was easy to get in contact with when needed and communicated clearly about everything. Rincón is a beautiful area and everything was easily accessible from Joe's place. We had an awesome vacation and will definitely be back!

One awesome week in Rincon

Its a beautiful small villa overlooking the ocean, and has fabulous sunsets every day. The apartment is clean and well appointed. We would love to return to stay with Joseph & Pilar!
