This luxury house offers the perfect set up for entertaining with lovely views of the ocean from the living areas on the second floor to the mater bedroom on the third floor. The home offers wonderful comfort for your family and friends to stay whether you're here for celebration or relaxation. The first floor features 3 bedrooms, all with queen beds and a full bath- TVs in each room. The second floor is where you will find the open concept kitchen, living room, dining area. This floor also has the half bath with laundry and outdoor deck with ocean views. The third floor has 2 more bedrooms, one has a king and a single sleep sofa and the other has two twins plus a trundle, as well as a full bath. With the Nubble Lighthouse located at the peninsula point, a quick 5 minute walk to Long Sands beach or an easy stroll to Short Sands beach it's the perfect location. Short Sands beach offers family fun and entertainment with an array of restaurants and shopping. Be sure to visit the York's Wild Kingdom! Long Sands beach offers a longer beach coast but still has a few restaurants. This is your perfect home away from home rental house. York Beach Maine is in a prime location as you are one hour from Boston MA, the White Mountains and 45 minutes from Portland Maine. You'll be planning your next trip back to Maine before your vacation even ends. This property is in a great location. Beautiful setting between Long Sands beach and Short Sands beach, easy walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops. The home is nicely layed out with convenient access to 3 bedrooms on the first floor, living area on 2nd floor and 3rd floor primary bedroom with shared bath to smaller bedroom with twin beds. Our group found the home to be minimally furnished, with no bureaus or waste baskets in bedrooms. The kitchen and dining areas were nicely layed out. There is no privacy due to the fact this house (B)is built behind another house (A). B is closer to the road with very tight parking space for 3 cars maximum. The outside viewing areas to the ocean are limited but beautiful at certain angles. The balcony views are also limited due to the A house. We did order and paid extra for linen services and found the linens delivered provided seemed haphazard, with a twin top sheet provided in the set for a queen bed in one of the bedrooms. The primary bedroom was missing one pillowcase. Plus none of the beds were made. We do recommend to the owners that they will need to fix one of the towel racks in the 3rd floor bathroom as it crashed when placing a towel over it. Overall our group had a nice stay and think this place will work for many renters due to its excellent location, layout of space and modern architecture.

This was an amazing home that was very clean with everything we needed. The kitchen is very well stocked and the view is beautiful. I highly recommend this rental!

Great open space for three generations to hang out and privacy for sleeping with three bedrooms on first floor and other two bedrooms “far away” on the third. We appreciated the Weber grill and all the kitchen dishes, two choices for making coffee, plenty of throws to help keep us warm for our early morning hangout on the second floor balcony. Would have liked a little more lawn space and sorely missed an outdoor shower. Appreciated a few items from the storage bin full of beach stuff. The 12 year old took the snow shovel in an attempt to dig a bigger hole on Long Sands. (Sigh) The 7 year old loved the hand vacuum so much her Mom is going to buy her one.

We had a great vacation week in this lovely, clean and modern home. This home was perfect for our large family, with multiple bedrooms, a large dining table so we could all sit together for meals, games, etc., a large sectional sofa that fit everyone, a well-equipped kitchen, and ample hot water. For our family the best thing about this house is the location - just a short walk to and from Long Sands makes for great beach days! We also appreciated having an extra beach cart to help transport all our stuff! The only cons for this house are the limited and tight parking (3 cars can JUST fit) and the lack of any outdoor space (save a 4 person balcony) or outdoor shower. But overall a great, well maintained home in a perfect spot. Plus clear and easy communication with the owner/manager as well. Our family would definitely stay here again.

Great spot on the Nubble

Great location with easy walking access to Long Sands and with a little more effort, Short Sands/downtown York Beach. The house itself is great for family gatherings with a lovely large open-floor plan living/kitchen/dining area and small deck for hanging out with a great view of the ocean. The walk out to the lighthouse/Fox's/Dunne's is an easy 15-20 minutes.As other reviewers have noted, parking is very tight for your average-sized SUV and larger, so prepare for some car juggling. There is also no outdoor shower or hose, but there is a spigot to wash off feet and toys.The master bedroom is spacious and inviting. The crib was in the small third-floor bedroom and can't be moved (it's large), so the two twin beds and crib are all in one place—noteworthy if you have a baby that still needs to sleep with a parent in the room (this layout is better for two kids and a baby, or two adults who don't mind sleeping in separate beds). Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the place!

Reconnection with Friends

This home provided a wonderful backdrop to an annual trip with friends. With the views (and balconies with views) of the water, the comfy seating around a fireplace, and large table for meals, our group felt right at home. This house is conveniently located near the downtown shops and two different beaches. Great place to stay!

Ocean Oasis

The property was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. Our family had so much fun this week! The only down side is the minimal parking, we had 3 larger cars and had to play musical cars anytime we wanted to leave.

Beautiful house & Perfect location!

Nine of us ladies stayed for 3-night girl’s getaway! It was so much fun, despite some rainy times. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The beds were comfortable and the location was great for all the York and Ogunquit attractions. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Property owner never sent me the door code.Did not respond to calls or emails. Had to search for a quick hotel. Canceled stay and was luckly refunded by the property management company.Not Recommended

Weekend stay for wedding

We stayed at this beautiful house with our family for a wedding. The house was very comfortable and in a great location- can get everywhere. York Maine is a beautiful coastal town with lots to explore.

Everything went great and the place is beautiful! Only notes would be is that there are only 3 parking spots and you have to put the sheets on the bed. Again overall absolutely great place to stay

Beautiful Property Overlooking York Beach

We loved our stay. The living area is sandwiched on the second floor by the two floors of bedrooms. The living area is spacious and has plenty of seating. The only issue we ran into is the first floor being quite chilly. We had a wonderful time and will certainly be booking again.

Nubble house

The five bedrooms were nice. The views were beautiful. There was lots of small issues that hadn’t been addressed in some time. No yard, parking is minimal, no place for kids to play outside and the house is on a busy street for traffic. Location is great for getting to beaches and the Goldenrod. Having to make your own bed is annoying. A/C in the downstairs bedrooms doesn’t really work, bring a fan with you. Kitchen living room is on the second floor. Keep that in mind for disabled or elderly people. You couldn’t lock the door to the master bedroom due to the shared bathroom with the other upstairs bedroom. I know I sound a little petty but I expected more for what I was paying to stay.

Great visit with a fantastic location

The house is beautiful and very accurately described. The main level is a great place to hang out. The limited ocean view is very nice. The proximity to both Long Sands and Short Sands was terrific. The house has everything that you would need. We had a few very minor issues (microwave problem, an issue with the door locking) and the management had someone over to address it immediately.

Perfect for multigenerational family fun

We had a wonderful long weekend stay with three generations of our family. The three bedrooms on the first floor are great for older relatives. The second floor open concept kitchen/dining and living space is fabulous for everyone to spend time together and the balcony off the space is also perfect for hanging out together. The third floor master is filled with light and definitely delivers the best view of all. Everything is walkable from this property and York is totally worth the trip. We would absolutely visit again. Great for families.

Perfect stay to Short & Long Sands!

Great beach house with ocean views and a close walk to both Short & Long Sands. Very clean, lots of dishes to cook at home, and perfect for multiple families! Only downside is that there’s no yard area for the kids to play outside and it was tough to fit our 3 cars in the allotted spots. Overall, it was a great beach house for 12 of us, and would definitely book again!
