That's exactly what we built here: an independent apartment within our home, with its own private entrance and everything you need to recharge.



🌍 A home with a story: after the Marshall Fire, we rebuilt with compressed earth block (CEB) — an ancient natural building technique — making this the only fire-resilient earth home rebuilt in the burn area. No toxic materials anywhere: the thick earthen walls are naturally fire-resistant, breathable, and quiet, keeping the apartment cool in summer and warm in winter. A healthy home, from the walls in.

You have your own private entrance, and zero shared spaces: your kitchen, bath, sauna, laundry, and both bedrooms are exclusively yours. We live upstairs and are available if you need anything.
