Carolina Cottage was built in 1950 and has had a complete remodel. Duncan park area has plenty of outdoor activities with the Rail Trial nearby. Enjoy the parks in the area or kayaking in Duncan Park Lake which is just a short stroll away! Downtown Spartanburg is a short drive with delicious restaurants and local shopping options. The private, spacious backyard is ideal for relaxing, playing, or gathering with loved ones. Whether it’s a family trip or a weekend getaway, it's the place to be!

My stay at this lovely home in Spartanburg was excellent. The hostess was extremely friendly and kind. The house is very sizable with two large bedrooms and a beautiful backyard. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with supplies and the washer/dryer was valued.If I make it back to Spartanburg this home will be on my list.

There’s no shower door period. This is not in listing . The shower drain cover is not attached to the drain in the floor. The bathroom closest does not lock . There’s no mention of any of this. The steps down need hand rails . The shower needs hand rails . It’s a very clean comfortable home if these issues are addressed.
