Swim in season in the shared pool a few steps away, returning to refresh in an extra-large shower with both rainfall and handheld attachments. Pour a cup of French-press coffee and watch Netflix on the Smart TV from the comfort of the leather sofa.

Kitchen is fully stocked with coffee pot, french press, baking and cooking-ware, crockpot, all the basics (plates, bowls, glasses, silverware).

Guests have private access to the entire unit - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, and patio.

The swimming pool is shared with others living in the complex.

I live right down the road and I am typically available if needed.

Highway 36 around the corner offers easy access to Boulder and Denver. Shopping and dining are within a couple of minutes, while a mall with movie theater is about 10 minutes away. Young visitors will love the nearby Broomfield Bay Aquatic Park.

Ample parking is available. There's a bus stop basically right outside the door. Downtown Boulder and Denver are both about 20 minutes away. Movie theaters, shopping, breweries, restaurants galore are all within about a 5 minute drive.

Loved our time in Westminster! The pool was a great addition during our hot week stay in Colorado. Centrally located, so we were able to easily get to Pikes Peak, Rocky Mtn National, Red Rocks, etc. Loved visiting the Prairie dogs down the road at Standley Lake!

Hosts were wonderful. Communicated everything we needed to know in a timely manner. The condo is as advertised. The kitchen is well stocked with items if you want to prepare a meal. Great place, would definitely stay again!!

Condo is very nice, spacious, and clean. It’s in a nice neighborhood and has plenty of parking. It’s a 30 minute drive from the airport and about 20 minutes from Denver.

Really cute 2 bedroom. Great communication with Mike. Area was good , everything you need is right there. Loved having the rec path right out the front door. Place was clean. Only downside is a busy road out front and upstairs neighbors. I'm a light sleeper though, so I'm sure that doesn't help. Parking was also plentiful and easy. Well stocked with everything you need. Overall really nice stay

The condo was a good landing spot for us to stay while visiting family in town. Good communication with host. Beds are on the firm side. Only downside was that you could hear the upstairs neighbors walking and talking early in the morning and late at night.
