The pier is in! Who's ready to fish?

Baxter Place on beautiful Webster Lake is ideal for a family vacation or weekend getaway. We now have two kayaks and a boat slip available for your use. (One slip will hold our private lift and tritoon.) The lakefront view is breathtaking with a gorgeous setting for wildlife viewing, star gazing, fishing, and water play.

Whether you sit on the spacious deck with retractable awning, the lakefront sunroom/bunkroom, or in the comfortable open-concept living area, the peaceful surroundings will make you want to stay.

Guests have full, private use of 3 bedrooms plus a newly converted sunroom/bunkspace; 2.5 bathrooms, including a jacuzzi tub in the master; a full kitchen; the open-concept living and dining areas; a spacious deck with patio furniture and a new retractable awning; and a laundry room.

You will find the kitchen cabinets full of dishes, pots/pans, utensils, and appliances for every cooking need. We provide cozy bedding and luxurious bath towels. And rain or shine, you won't be bored: we have board games, playing cards, toys, and books for all ages.

[Owners maintain a small locked closet and secure the garage and shed for their personal belongings.]

The water along our shore is shallow, sandy, and walkable. Guests are welcome to use our pier, which is in place from approximately late-April through mid-Oct., depending on weather.

You won't need to go far to find groceries, restaurants, shops, and more fun activities. North Webster Town Park is less than a mile away and offers a small swimming beach, playground, picnic shelter, and a few public boat slips for your short visit to the park. Next door to the park is Lakeview Pizza King and the Dixie Sternwheeler Excursion Boat.
