Welcome to our new home in the Cabana Beach community located in the heart of Fort Morgan.

Our home offers beautiful ocean views from all of our gulf facing windows and large deck, and you can enjoy our private community beach - a short 2 minute walk. The low traffic and private beach lends a true feeling of privacy.

FIREWORKS*** NOT GUARANTEED with booking (weather, outside resort, etc), BUT the Beach Club Resort does put on holiday fireworks shows on Memorial Day and 4th of July weekends which can be easily viewed from the deck of our house with cocktail in hand! Fantastic for guests with children. As part of Americas 250th birthday in 2026, the Beach Club also plans to do a shorter fireworks show EVERY FRIDAY night from Memorial Day through August 7th - an added bonus for weekend guests during this time!

We offer our guests access to the neighboring Beach Club Resort for a nominal daily fee paid to the Beach Club Resort which allows use of a number of amenities (indoor/outdoor pools, Tiki bar, arcade, FITNESS CENTER, sauna, hot tubs, Salon, Spa, restaurants, tennis/pickle ball, water sport rentals, & more). Great option for families on those pesky rainy beach days!
