The owner(Megan) was very quick to respond to our questions. A very spacious condo with great pool views, convenient elevator and grill access. Surf and Racquet Club has been our go-to property for a number of years.It is a great location, and we have always met great people. Thank you Megan!

This was the perfect little vacation spot for my husband and I. The owner was super responsive and the views were amazing. It’s close to everything and we couldn’t have been happier!

Great Last Minute Stay

We booked this condo for a last minute 4th of July getaway! The condo was the perfect size for my husband and I our 3 year old. We even got to watch the Wharf fireworks show from the balcony! My only recommendation would be to possibly replace the table on the balcony facing the pool. It got the job done but it is showing signs of wear. We just threw a towel over it when it came time to eat!

A Wonderful Place

The property was nice! It was very convenient for going to the beach & the lagoon view was great! It was great having a pool & a dock in the back. The only thing was that the lamps were a bit dusty which was not good for my sinuses. Also it was warm in there at times & making changes on the thermostat didn’t change anything. Overall, I loved this place and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Meagan!

Weekend concert trip!

My husband and I were looking for a spot to stay near the Wharf Ampitheater and we found this condo! The place was close to the beach and had two balconies overlooking the area. There were plenty of amenities to make this stay comfortable! 10/10 recommend a stay.

Beautiful Condo!

Beautiful condo, was well stocked with everything we needed. The sunrise and sunset off the deck was beautiful. Bed was comfy and the beach was beautiful and just a short easy walk away. Would love to stay there again.

Perfect for a quick getaway

First let me say the owner is fabulous. She is extremely thoughtful and communication is fantastic. The property is exactly as described and our group had a blast. Perfect for a quick getaway. Views are great. Access to gulf and the sound are both super easy and short walks. Will stay again.

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I were looking for a quiet weekend getaway. This place was perfect for us. I was a little nervous abut the location since we always stay on the beach and this one was across the road. However, the beach access bridge made getting there safe and easy and was actually closer to the beach than some of the beachside condos we have stayed in before. Would definitely stay again!

A Gem!

The condo was very clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils and cookware, bathroom was a bit small but the tub/shower was very nice! I loved the balcony off the bedroom for the sunrises and the back balcony for the sunsets. Beautiful!!! The pool area was very beautiful and I love all the beautiful flowers in and surrounding the pool area! My husband and I fished every day from the pier. I love the fact that there is a cleaning station and I love that the pier is very sturdy. Overall my husband and I had a wonderful stay!

Short get away for a tennis weekend

Property was well maintained , great location for those wanting to boat and have fun on the lagoon. Beach access right across the street . Condo was clean and has a nice view facing west over the lagoon .. we enjoyed our stay there.

Birthday Trip

The place is a little older and some things need repair. DEFINITELY could have done without the noise of contractors working ALL night keeping us awake. But over all we would definitely choose to stay there again. The owner was very easy to deal with and pleasant. Would recommend this place to others.

Cleanliness

Shower liner needs to be changed out mildew at the bottom and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom . The outdoor hard plastic table needs to be thrown out . Falling apart and stained. But overall we enjoyed it . Just trying to be constructive. Thanks you were a great host .

Great Place!

The rooms were great. everything worked as expected. Swimming pools were nice, short walk to the beach. It’s a nice touristy area and great for a family getaway.

Perfect Spot across the street from the beach

Our 4 year old had a blast. He slept in the pullout bed and loved having his "own" balcony. I don't really care about amenities while on vacation because I don't plan to do much more than sleep there. That said, the place was clean, accommodating, and the host was very responsive. We would absolutely stay there again for our next visit.
