The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place bagged trash (no loose items) in the front door bench 7-10 AM. For excess or after-hours trash, use the compactor by the clubhouse.
Punctual check-out is critical. We offer a grace period until 10:30AM. Overstays will incur a fee of $100 per hour, up until 1:00 PM. Overstays after 1:00PM will require us to involve authorities.
Close and lock all doors and windows. Before exiting, press the lock icon on the front door locker.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Beste Peter, Hartelijk dank voor uw feedback en voor de uitstekende manier waarop u het huis heeft achtergelaten; we hebben erg gewaardeerd hoe netjes alles was. We zijn eerlijk gezegd een klein beetje verrast door uw opmerking over het onderhoud. Omdat we dagelijks contact hebben gehad om te vragen of alles naar wens was of dat u ergens hulp bij nodig had, hadden we eventuele punten direct voor u kunnen oplossen. We hebben namelijk een eigen onderhoudsmedewerker op het resort klaarstaan die dit direct had kunnen verhelpen. Bij de controle na uw uitchecken hebben we zelf geen grote gebreken geconstateerd, op een kraan in een van de vijf badkamers na die een klein beetje loszat. De rest van de woning verkeert gelukkig in fantastische staat. We komen hierover graag nog even met u in contact om te horen wat u precies bent tegengekomen, zodat we de hoge kwaliteit van onze woning kunnen blijven garanderen. Tot slot spijt het ons te horen dat u geluidsoverlast heeft ervaren van het resort tijdens het weekend. Hoewel we geen directe invloed hebben op de drukte op het park, begrijpen we dat dit ten koste kan gaan van de rust. Nogmaals dank voor uw verblijf en we hopen u in de toekomst nogmaals te mogen verwelkomen. Met vriendelijke groet, Vanessa & Yann
