Breeze Bay offers 270 feet of stunning water frontage, creating the feeling of a private island retreat. Guests are welcomed by a beautifully manicured lawn, concrete driveway, under-house entry, locking storage, bulkhead, and two outdoor showers with concrete flooring—perfect after a day on the water. Enjoy the spectacular views while soaking in the private Hot Tub in our screened in deck.

Bring your boat or water toys and dock them right in the backyard. Kayaks and a stand-up paddleboard are provided for guests to enjoy. The ground level offers direct access to boating, fishing, crabbing, kayaking, kiteboarding, paddleboarding, and windsurfing.

The first-level entry features a convenient utility area with a washer and dryer, laundry sink, and bait refrigerator. The second living level includes three bedrooms: one queen bedroom with a private half bath, a second queen bedroom, and a bunk room with two sets of bunks and a full bath. An additional full hallway bath is also located on this level. All bedrooms have access to expansive decks offering nearly 270-degree outdoor views.

The top level features a king bedroom with an adjacent full bath and a spacious great room with soaring ceilings that make this home a true vacation charmer. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals, which can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar, the eight-person dining table, the game/card table, or outside on the water-view sundecks.

End each day relaxing on Breeze Bay’s screened-in deck with a soothing hot tub. Sun lovers will appreciate the fourth-level sundeck, offering breathtaking views and plenty of space to soak up the sun.

Breeze Bay is a member of the Kinnakeet Pool, Tennis, and Pickleball Club, providing renters free access to the community pool and tennis courts. The pool is open from mid-May through early October, weather permitting, while tennis and pickleball courts are available year-round. The Kinnakeet Club is located in Avon on Highway 12, approximately two miles from Breeze Bay.

This updated home is comfortably furnished, featuring leather seating in the great room and a kitchen well-suited for large families. A propane grill is also provided—perfect for cooking fresh seafood or your favorite meals.

Guests can explore the pristine waters of the Pamlico Sound using the provided kayaks and stand-up paddleboard, or moor their boat at the private dock. Plenty of trailer parking is available.

The beaches of Hatteras Island are among the finest in the world, offering exceptional fishing and surfing. Anglers can try their luck at the famous Cape Point in Buxton, or kayak fish in the beautiful Pamlico Sound. Surfers can catch top East Coast waves at the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, the renowned “S-Turns,” or Frisco Beach. Windsurfers and kiteboarders will enjoy the steady breezes at Canadian Hole, Kite Point, and miles of unspoiled coastline beachfront or on the sound.
