Great Location

Stayed here with my family including my 2 kids. Clean and well stocked with the basics. Very nice patio area to enjoy a morning cup of coffee.

Great house, great location, I highly recomend it

We are a family of 5 from Australia traveling with adult children. The house was clean, spacious and had all we need. Alex was helpful and very attentive. The house is located in a quaint street and well positioned for trips out to Cape Canaveral or back into Orlando and the theme parks.

We were in town for the Hula Bowl. This property was close and quiet (despite all the cars in the subdivision, this place was peaceful!). Clean and easy... thank you!

Family Birthday Celebration

The house was fine except no dishrags, dishtowels or wash cloths were furnished. It was clean and convenient but needs better mattresses, they were very hard. The check out policy was more extensive than I expected, towels had to be washed and in dryer, dishwasher had to be running, kitchen swept. We sat outside and enjoyed the evenings very much. Overall the house was okay for a short stay.

Lovely Home

The house is nice. It was well equipped for a large group of 6+ guests, and the amenities were greatly appreciated. Loved the karaoke machine. LOVED the surround sound. It was a good idea to have speakers in the bathrooms. The location was perfect. Plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as grocery stores. The only two issues I had were the cleanliness upon arrival and the microwave stopped working on our last night. There was hair in different areas. Overall, however, I fairly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend the house and stay again.

A great stay for the UCF area

I highly recommend this property for anyone with business or pleasure at or around UCF campus. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and the host has outfitted it with all the necessities for a comfortable home away from home. The best part for our group was location location location. We went to New Smyrna Beach, Universal, and several nearby haunts from our college days, and all were wonderfully convenient from this house. Thanks Alex!

UCF Graduation stay

The house was cute and suited our needs. The back patio could use a power wash and the weeds need to be sprayed although it was fenced in which was nice.

Lovely home. Close to UCF!

The home was lovely and it was close to UCF. It is set up to entertain during down time - movies, video games, shark picture back drop etc. The beds were a little hard for my taste but not unbearable. One of the requirements were to wash a load of towels before leaving but there wasn't any detergent so Alex said not to worry about washing them - which I thought was nice.

Great Home!!

We were there for my sister's 50th birthday, so not trying to do the "Disney" thing. This was a great home, in a good location. Close to shopping, restaurants, highway, downtown, etc. All of us "old ladies" got a kick out of the karaoke machine. There were 6 of us, and this was a good size home, with enough beds where we didn't have to sleep 2 to a bed. Alex was a great host. Check-in and Check-out was smooth. The house was clean and had everything that we needed readily available.

Short stay but Alex was wonderful and very responsive.

Everything was ready and the house was inviting. Lights were on and the surround sound system had low music playing. There were plenty of towels and extra bedding. Really close to everything we wanted. Shops, Restaurants and Entertainment. We were there on Halloween night so we set up in the driveway and handed out candy to all the little beasties! Great neighborhood. We will definitely book again when we are in the area. Thanks for a great stay!

Great house in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Perfect location for traveling between the Orlando and Space Coast attractions with lots of dining and shopping options within 10 minutes drive. House was comfortable with all the amenities you could want in a vacation rental!
