There are many great homes you can rent but if the weather turns are there enough things to do to occupy your guests? Here your plan B is covered. Candlewood Isle is located 80 minutes from Manhattan and sits in the middle of Candlewood Lake which is 11 miles long. Our home is on the top of a ridge overlooking the lake on a dead-end road. The house is not lakefront, however, it is a 1-minute drive to the clubhouse beach. Or a short walk. This home is one of the most private homes on the whole Island. The house features everything you could ever want to do for your vacation, even if it rains the home offers plenty of features to keep you occupied. You can even still have an outside BBQ with our huge covered patio under the deck. There is a pool table, ping pong table, shuffleboard table, 3 bars (2 inside) (and one outside) a movie theatre that converts to a disco, a music studio, and for those that don't play an instrument, there is a professional karaoke system that provides hours of fun. The home has two wood-burning fireplaces, a 1,600 sq foot deck with two top-of-the-line Weber grills & a smoker. There is a nice flat yard as well as a fire pit and patio/bar in the back with a Bluetooth audio system The home has 5 smart TVs as well as audio systems throughout the home inside and out. It also has a hot tub that seats 7 people on the deck overlooking the lake. NOTE: The home is built as 6 bedrooms, however, two of those rooms have been converted into a theatre and the other a music studio. You may have these rooms set up as bedrooms if the current sleeping arrangements don't meet your needs, the theatre has a king sleeper sofa however the house can sleep 12 without utilizing these rooms.

Should you want to host a larger party or event we must discuss the event and how many people you expect. There are additional fees for events or anyone else coming to the home. Please let us know this upon booking. All guests must be cleared through the gate guard and be on the guest list. The property is video-monitored 24/7 from the outside. Any violations of the rules you will be asked to leave the property and lose your fees. Remember you are renting a home, not a hotel room please treat it as you would treat your own.
