La décoration est absolument magnifique, vous donnant l'impression d'être vraiment à la maison à la plage. La cuisine mise à jour comprend de nouvelles armoires modernes et des détails tels que l’éclairage sous les armoires, le dosseret de carrelage, les moulures et de nouveaux appareils ménagers. Une nouvelle table à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'à quatre personnes, de nouveaux téléviseurs à écran plat 48 pouces avec lecteur DVD (que vous pouvez regarder depuis votre canapé ou vous détendre dans votre lit), une chaîne stéréo, un câble, tous les nouveaux appareils de plomberie, y compris robinets et chauffe-eau, carrelage de 18 po x 18 po et nouvelle salle de bains spacieuse avec douche à l'italienne avec siège de douche. La propriété a également de nouvelles fenêtres teintées qui vous permettent de profiter de plus d'intimité et de vues à couper le souffle. La véranda extérieure a des meubles confortables pour prendre votre café du matin et profiter des couchers de soleil. L'unité a le wifi gratuit, pas besoin d'aller dans le hall. La chambre a un nouveau lit king avec un matelas confortable. Tous les draps fournis, beaucoup de serviettes et draps supplémentaires.

Les locaux de Estero Beach et Tennis sont merveilleux. L'aménagement paysager sur le terrain est très bien entretenu et luxuriant. Il y a des courts de tennis, un espace barbecue, une terrasse et de nombreux sentiers de randonnée. Le golfe du Mexique et la plage sont à votre porte!

Situé dans l'extrême sud de l'île, à quelques minutes à pied des boutiques et des restaurants locaux. Prenez le tramway pour vous rendre au centre-ville de Fort Myers Beach (la célèbre jetée et la place de la ville). Short vacation from life

Friend and I booked this just a couple of weeks ago for a quick getaway. This place was perfect. Great view of the Gulf from the balcony and all windows. Plenty of towels provided. Our stay was quiet. There are parts of beach still being rehabbed but not near this condo at all. The beach and the pool were great. Would book again without hesitation

Our stay was good. There is still construction going on but it created no problem. Access to the office was not as advertised. We plan to book again next year.

Week January 13th Stay

Condo was nice, just big enough to enjoy and has a great view. Turns out it was rainy and cold else I'd have been disappointed about the lack of a pool but we were warned it might not be done. Glad there was at least one laundry room ready for use. I'd stay again!

Estero Island get away

Really liked the condo. Small but it had everything we needed for just the two of us. Location is outstanding. Pool was closed though due to the hurricane. That was the only bummer. Lots of work going on in the area from Ian which hammered the island.

Well upon arrival there was a smoke detector chirping and I called it was taken care of pretty. 2nd day we were told our toilet was leaking on the condo below us. A plumber came and removed our toilet thought he fixed it. So he left. I was getting ready to shower and no hot water. I called and emailed and the next day they emailed me back and said the circuit breaker was off and turn it back on. The plumber arrived back and said it was still leaking on the condo below us. So removed toilet again, cut a square hole in ceiling and discovered it was actually coming from 5th. So a few days later I had to contact tact them to let them know we still had hole in ceiling and dust continued to fall, so they taped it over. Other than that we had a good time.

There was an abundance of clean towels for the shower, beach and pool. Comfortable bed and plenty of drawers for clothes and a nice closet. Great to have some beach chairs and an umbrella. Keyless lock is so convenient. For some reason there were no pool passes but since we were with friends staying in another condo it was not a problem. I am sure Tripower’s would have remedied the situation if I went to their office. We loved the short walk to the beach and heated pool. Also, it is nice to have restaurants, shops, and drugstore right across the street. Grocery store near by. We were here during the very busy February month and traffic can be a nightmare if you travel north. However, everything is within walking distance or make sure you head south. I will definitely rent this unit again if it is available.

As you mentioned, this unit is stocked with all the essential and the view from your lanai is perfect. It's location on the south-end of the island is prime and relatively close to everything. Regarding the pool passes, we wished you would have gave us a phone call. Sometimes, prior guests do accidentally take these passes back home. Great Escape

We enjoyed our stay on Estero Island! We didn’t have a car, but could walk across the street and choose from a variety of restaurants. The pictures did not do the view justice-we could view sunsets from the patio which is huge for us!! The parking info was not mentioned on the rental agreement, so that should probably be updated. Also, no dishwasher in this particular unit, but not a big deal for just two people! We would return here in the future. Thanks so much!

Over all great vacation

Need to get king size pillows. Plastic cups for beach would be nice and a fan for the bedroom. Those are just tiny thing that would be helpful for the next guests.

My Review

Overall, good. I never received the pin code for the door by pool to enter. I had to go to pool and ask patrons and it was awkward. The kitchen can use more lighting, the utensils, plates, mugs, glasses, pots, etc not washed properly by last tenants. We had to re-wash before use. The sheet in bed had yellow stains. The bed was very comfortable! Neighbor was smoking, not cigarettes, the other stuff. We did enjoy our stay.
