The complex is centered around a lush tropical courtyard with a large outdoor pool and deck. The deck includes lounge chairs for you to enjoy a day around the pool. There are multiple outdoor grills located on each side of complex as well. In front of Anchorage I and Anchorage II, you will find a playground, memorial park, exercise trail, private walkway to the ocean, outdoor showers and private beach gazebos for our guest to enjoy. Elevators and handicap ramps are located on each side of the complex and are easily accessible. Condos feature full size washer/dryer, flat screen TVs, and high-speed internet. Ample parking is available.

* Please note Anchorage I is a SMOKE FREE building (including private balconies). Renters may smoke in a designated area in the back parking lot (opposite side of ocean)

* No motorcycles, trailers or golf carts allowed on the property

Spring vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The whole experience at the Anchorage was fantastic! The condo was clean. The location was fantastic. Easy to get around Myrtle Beach area, and the beach was walking distance. Looking forward to coming back in 2025!

Great beach front condo

The property was just as described. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, utensils, pots,pans, bakeware, small appliances, etc. Anything you’d need for a weeklong stay. Unit was very clean and views from both balconies were beautiful. The king bed was too soft for my taste, might have been memory foam, but comfortable. Guest room mattress seemed a bit old but my teen had no complaints. The location was in a beautiful, quiet area and close to all the Myrtle Beach fun. The beach was right across the road and a quick walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach was amazing!

Property was great, and is literally on the beach. It was beautiful and convenient and when you bring two teenagers with you, having separate rooms made it so much better.
