El Anchorage se centra alrededor de un exuberante patio tropical con una gran piscina y terraza al aire libre. La cubierta incluye sillones para que disfrutes de un día alrededor de la piscina. Hay múltiples parrillas de puertas ubicadas a cada lado del complejo. En frente de Anchorage I, encontrará un sendero para hacer ejercicio, un paseo privado hacia el océano y duchas al aire libre para que nuestros huéspedes disfruten. The amenities and location were the most attractive parts. The accommodations were really nice and you could tell this property had been maintained better than other properties nearby.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAVE WAS WITH THE COFFEE POTS THE LAST PERSON TO MAKE COFFEE DID NOT EMPRY THE BASKET AND THE GROUNDS WERE LET IN AND HAD MOLDED

Relaxing vacation

The condo was a great size for our family of 5. We've stayed all over MB and liked this quieter location, away from the noise of the strip. Beach is a short walk. No complaints!

Great Getaway!!!

We had a great stay at this wonderful condo! The kitchen was spacious and well-stocked with equipment, which made cooking super easy and enjoyable. We really appreciated the extra beach chairs and boogie boards, such a thoughtful touch for a beach getaway! The beds were decent and the bathrooms were clean and nicely updated.The overall vibe of the place was cute and had a great beachy feel that made the stay even more relaxing.We had a lovely experience and would definitely consider staying again!

Perfect location….relaxing stay….

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It is a large, well-maintained condo with easy and very close access to a great, uncrowded beach. It is also convenient to shopping, restaurants, and attractions! Definitely would stay here again!

5 star experience!

The property was very clean and nicely decorated and a very quick walk across the street to the beach. Any problems or concerns that came up, the management was quick to respond and offer assistance if needed. The kitchen was clean and fully equipped. The furniture was very comfortable, we throughly enjoyed our stay here.

Property is in great location to the beach. Easy access. Pool was lovely. You can walk and see houses, but do need a short drive to get to restaurants.

Beach was amazing!

Property was great, and is literally on the beach. It was beautiful and convenient and when you bring two teenagers with you, having separate rooms made it so much better.

Great Stay

The condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The property is perfectly located with heated pool and beach access. The beach is really nice. The people in the building are friendly and welcoming. We hope to be back!

Fantastic Place

We would definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect. The only suggestion I would say to renters is to bring a cleaning spray of some kind so you can clean up the kitchen during your stay. And I wish they had a broom to help keep up with the inevitable sand on the floor Would definitely stay here again.

Tropical storm Debby didnt dampen our stay

While we didnt get a whole lot of beach time, we were close to so many attractions. The Pirate Dinner Show, Broadway at the Beach and more. The place its self was gorgeous. Very clean and inviting! I’ve never stayed anywhere that had a better stocked kitchen. Excellant communication with the host regarding any damage from the storm. They even had carts by the elevator that you could use for groceries or your luggage. Pool was very clean.Would highly recommend this condo and the complex.

Clean condo, close to beach

Property was as described. Very clean. Convenient that linens and towels were provided. The condo building itself was rundown. Elevator was old and musty-smelling. Neighbors left trash in public spots instead of trash compactor. Late night noise from neighbors. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but not sure we’d stay there in season with the big price tag.

Family vacation

The condo was perfect for our stay, the pictures and location description underplay the condos proximity to the beach but it was still very close. However, walking across a busy road with beach gear and a 3 year was not easy. Communicated a maintenance issue to management during our stay and received no communication back. The sheets were awful, maybe were sheet above… but we drove to Target and spent $80 on decent sheets to be able to sleep. Everything else was great.

Great beach front condo

The property was just as described. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, utensils, pots,pans, bakeware, small appliances, etc. Anything you’d need for a weeklong stay. Unit was very clean and views from both balconies were beautiful. The king bed was too soft for my taste, might have been memory foam, but comfortable. Guest room mattress seemed a bit old but my teen had no complaints. The location was in a beautiful, quiet area and close to all the Myrtle Beach fun. The beach was right across the road and a quick walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Property is in a great spot! A few steps to the beach, the balcony views are phenomenal, not to mention it’s next to the stairs and elevators for convenience but be ware of the smell plus there were several times when the elevator did get stuck and we had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. Not once it was cleaned during my stay. Great, great spot but property needs serious tender loving care.The cleanliness was absolutely horrible! Broken furniture, light bulbs turned on annd off, the bed sheets were clearly Not clean. Bathroom glass doors missing nails. The dishes were dirty, the bathrooms were worse, the condo it self had bad odor. I stayed for 1 week and only saw the pool cleaned once.I arrived to someone telling me a chair was being taken out because it was beyond repair but I did appreciate the courtesy of letting me know. A few days later my child fell from a different chair because it was also broken beyond repair. Once I contacted management, it took at least 7 hours for someone to come in a bolt 2 nails to the chair and call it a day. I did however appreciate their quick reply the times I reached out.We had a beautiful vacation and highly enjoyed ourselves but all the small details most definitely take a huge part! Specially when you’re paying so much for the rental and cleanliness is not up to date.
