Complex Villa Mona is located in Razanj, traditional fishing village situated 30 km from Šibenik and 40 km from Split. Small and quiet place with exceptionally clear sea and well preserved nature.
Two national parks are located near Šibenik, Krka (waterfall on the river) and Kornati (beautiful islands).
Apartment 4 is on top (second) floor and has two bedrooms with double beds, kitchen, two bathrooms (one with shower and the other toilet and sink only) and living room with sofa bed. Apartment 4 is air conditioned with TV satellite channels, has a free Wi-Fi and it is located 30 meters from the beach.
It has a private terrace or balcony overlooking the sea. Also have well equipped kitchen with all necessary accessories.
Apartment 4 is a part of complex Villa Mona, which is composed from two houses and seven apartments, offers private parking and guests can relax in the outdoor pool with its sun shower and lounges which give a wonderful view on the bay. The pool is heated so it offers pleasant swimming in preseason and postseason period.
Please be aware:
Refundable security deposit 100 eur (on arrive).
Tourist registration fee (kurtaxe) not included in price (mandatory on arrive upon local low).
Pool is shared so there are few asks need to be respected for safety and health reasons only ( please no glass around and in the pool, no food around and in the pool and it is not allowed to smoke around and in the pool). Also, please be aware to respect other guests right to have a rest in a pool area. Thank you in advance for your consideration!

Leider nicht zu empfehlen.Die Wohnung war unsauber: dreckige Küche, kaputtes und verrostete Duschbad, starker Abflussgeruch im Bad, sehr kleine Dusche. Bettwäsche erst nach einer Woche, darunter Haare und Flecken. Wohnung viel kleiner als erwartet. Strände in der Nähe kaum vorhanden, nur Felsen, steil abfallend und gefährlich für Kinder. Insgesamt kein erholsamer Urlaub.

Ruhige Lage mit perfekten Meerblick! Gut für Familienurlaub!
+ sehr gute Lage, etwas abseits, was uns aber gefallen hat
+ tolle Strände und Schnorchelmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe
+ super Terrasse
+ toller und sauberer Pool
+ Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut
+ Vermieter freundlich und reagiert sehr schnell (bspw. defekter Geschirrspüler wurde umgehend ausgetauscht und gegen einen Neuen ersetzt)
+ Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in direkter Umgebung fußläufig erreichbar
- Parkmöglichkeiten bei voller Belegung begrenzt
- WLAN funktioniert gut (bei voller Belegung aller Fewo`s sehr langsam)
- einige Möbelstücke müssten neu angebracht/ausgetauscht oder repariert werden
Alles in allem vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!!
