I loved this Vrbo! It was perfect for my needs. Great location! Delta, CO is just so cute! Every amenity was included and space was new. I will absolutely be back again!

Great Stay

This apartment was perfect for our visit to family in Delta. We slept and had breakfast, then away during the day. We appreciated the cleanliness, new furnishings, wifi, bed and shower. The listing pictures are accurate. Renae communicates quickly via Vrbo messaging. The heating temperature is set by a thermostat in another unit (and remotely adjusted by Renae). We will be back!

Cozy studio apartment!

Super clean, cozy, and warm studio apartment! Shower head felt like a spa and appreciated the extra touches of shower gel and shampoo/conditioner.Loved having a washer and dryer in the apartment! Appreciated how quiet and relaxing the neighborhood was at night and the walking distance (1-2 blocks) to restaurants.I will be back – thank you so much!
