Nestled in Itatiba, this delightful country house/chateau is a welcoming retreat for guests looking to unwind and relax. Located in an upscale gated community. It has 2 cozy bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and a gourmet kitchen, this awesome property offers plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Covered porch and swimming pool, with a children's pool as well. The living room areas provide additional sleeping options with 1 twin bed and 2 twin beds available. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. The condominium has tennis courts, trails and an exercise trail around the lakes. Perfect for evening walks and plenty of fresh air as we are located in the middle of a farm.

We call our home“Gringa”. Located in the interior of São Paulo State between the towns of Itatiba and Bragança Paulista. Our condominium is set in the middle of a farm with three small lakes at its center. We are surrounded by hills and farmland.
