Enjoy the spacious floor plan & take advantage of the beautiful & efficient kitchen that has all your essential tools. The sleeping spaces were designed with luxury and comfort as the top priority. The bathrooms are beautiful and updated. Also, imagine a snowy winter's night outside watching the twinkling of the stars through the gentle snow flakes as they fall, while you luxuriate in the massaging heat and tranquility of the 8 seat hot tub.



We offer contactless entry & security via a lockbox & unique panel codes for each group of guests.

The neighborhood is simply breathtaking! You are right on the mountain with access to all types of winter and summer activities including a free outdoor community pool within walking distance (summertime only) and all of the below:

There is a 24/7 free shuttle that guests have access to during their stay. The shuttle makes stops throughout the resort and the 7 Springs Lodge.

Please Note: Due to COVID-19, the resort's shuttle service is no longer 24/7 and has been subject to other changes per the resort's attempt to comply w/ COVID-19 prevention guidelines. For every booking, we make a donation to Light of Life Rescue Mission, a local organization that helps the homeless. Perfect getaway with beautiful fireplace and slopeside access,

We loved the condo! Beautiful fireplace, ski in and out top of the mountain and nice hot tub to end each day. Definitely will be coming back!

Great location, poor management

The property is very well located and nice, but with some problems. A lot of issues could have been resolved if the management was working properly, but that was not the case. The day of our arrival, we reported missing toilet paper and despite several reminders, nobody showed up for 4 days we stayed there. There were 2 leaks in the roof / ceiling, that I understand couldn’t be fixed immediately, but we had to put pans to capture the water and couldn’t use the unit fully as one side of the floor/carpet was soaking wet. Nobody showed up to help with that neither. The dishwasher was not properly attached and fell over several times. The alarm was constantly beeping, the level of water in the hot tub low, guest manual was missing - all that was brought up to the management attention, but all we got was apologies and that they will let the team know. The communication was very slow, inefficient and without any solution. I never experienced such a bad management of a property.

No heat in condo ruined family vacation

Upon entering condo, we noticed air vents were not supplying warm air. Which made the condo very cold, especially with the winter storm that came through. I immediately notified property manager of the issue, but the property manager claimed there was no issue with the HVAC system. She asked if we had closed all the windows and doors. The property manager did not appear to act on the issue with much urgency as she did not call for HVAC support until 10pm. She also was not responsive and communicative about updates on the progress of fixing the situation. HVAC technician did not show up until the next morning, leaving us to sleep in a condo that was not to code. The temperature of the condo got only up to 61 degrees and fell to 55 overnight. We were very cold and had to cut into our night skiing time to figure out alternative heating. We had to leave the condo to purchase additional firewood, space heaters, etc.I requested a refund once we realized the hvac technician would not be arriving before we went to bed. Once again, the property manager did not honor this request with urgency. In fact, she told me she had submitted this request for her office to review the next day. As I am writing this review, there is still no resolution to this refund request. Very surprising that this request is taking so long to review when VRBO provided a rental unit that has a serious code violation.This has been very disappointing and frustrating experience renting through VRBO.

Not worth the money we spent

Positives: the hot tub was great and very clean. Our family loved that. The shower in the main bedroom was also great. Pet friendly was great.Negatives: had to chase down access info the night before we left which took a long time to get figured out. The towels were few and stained/dirty. The sofa bed was not made as promised and there were no sheets present. This unit sleeps 4 comfortably in beds, not 7. The beds were very uncomfortable, (main bed was very squeaky with any movement) so much so that we left a day early because our backs were so sore. The manager brought extra sheets and towels the next day. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it when we arrived. Ski in/Ski out: we were unable to ski in/ski out. The location would have been perfect for it. Understanding that the owner cannot control the trails opening, however we felt that the high rate we paid was in part for this benefit, and that the communication could have been better on the possibility of us not being able to ski in/out.

Great location!

We had an enjoyable experience, thanks to the fantastic location and the hot tub! The proximity to local attractions made it very convenient for exploring the area, and the hot tub was a great way to unwind after a long day. While the main bed was creaky and could use an update, we made the best of it and still had a relaxing time. There were some minor maintenance issues, like wallpaper peeling in spots and a few things that seemed a little worn, but overall it didn’t detract too much from our stay. With a few updates, this place has a lot of potential.

Great Location

We loved this property. The space was cozy and at the top of the mountain in a nice neighborhood. The unit was exactly how it looked in the photos and the hot tub was on the deck overlooking a nice row of trees and felt private, though central to everything we wanted to do that weekend. We would recommend this place to friends and family.

Comfort like home

The place was exactly as described. Nice Condominium, beautifully designed and clean.It was great to bring our dog on the trip and the hot tub was a plus too. It was nice to hop in the hot tub anytime we wanted to. The only suggestion I have is to take down the wallpaper in the main bathroom since it was tearing and maybe replace the mattress in the second bedroom. We would definitely come back here if we get the chance again. Thank you.😊

Relaxing weekend

This is our 2nd stay in this unit. We were looking for a quiet, relaxing family weekend and that is exactly what we got. The unit is well equipped and very clean, the hot tub was perfect after days spent fishing and hiking. We've already booked our next stay!! Can't wait to come back to enjoy summer days spent at the pool.

Mountain get away

The property is in a great location. Generally clean throughout, but was well worn and evident it was rented regularly. It is on the bottom floor and people above were extremely noising with lots of banging and noise. Also the master bed creaked like something out of a movie

Excellent

The property was just as advertised with easy access to the slopes. The whole place was very clean. An earlier review said it needed some updating and this appears to have been done. My one suggestion is that some of the pots/pans need to be replaced. A bonus is that there was a spice rack and some kitchen basics (coffee/tea, salt/pepper) in the kitchen. Nice touch!

Ski trip

Great location. Condo well equipped with everything you could need for cooking. Plenty of clean towels Easy check in and Lindsay was a message away, answered immediately when a message was sent. Did not have any issues with the condo. Will definitely return.

Homey cabin feel in a condo

Our family had a lovely time at this condo. The condo was clean upon arrival with a few special touches like coffee enough for the stay and real toilet paper! We were lucky enough to get snow before and during our arrival allowing us to make use of the ski in/out. The hot tub was glorious after each day on the mountain. Communication was quick and effortless with Lindsay even when we couldn’t figure out the key after skiing on day 1 which was a total user error on our part. I highly recommend this rental.

Great weekend!!

My family and I wanted a long, relaxing weekend in the mountains and that is exactly what we got!! We stay at 7Springs often and this unit has become our favorite condo!! It’s clean, great location and the hot tub was definitely enjoyed. The property manager, Lindsay was so accommodating with any questions I had and always responded quickly. We look forward to booking it again soon!!

Half and Half

The location was fine. The property manager was responsive when a picture randomly fell off the wall and shattered. The extras, such as coffee, were a plus. However, there were things that really need to be addressed. First of all why was I charged a $125.00 cleaning fee, when I did a majority of the cleaning? Instructions were to strip the bed, gather the towels, run the dishwasher and empty all trash. The online pictures did not match what was in the condo. Yes, on further examination, it did say "new picture coming" for the second bedroom. We were planning on more beds than there were. The hair dryer in the main bathroom did not work. It kept tripping the circuit breaker. The drain in the bathtub was very clogged so that you were standing in ankle deep water if you took a shower. The towels are old and worn. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken. There were insufficient mugs and wine glasses (2 to be exact) Some of things were mentioned in reviews last year, so why have they not been addressed. Bottom line, I would find another property

Nice Location

Overall the condo is a bit tired. It would be amazing with a bit of TLC, updating, tile rather than carpet and simplified internet/TV streaming. IT connection was spotty and failed often. Could be a cute place!

Wonderful condo

We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. Everything was great. Plenty of space and very clean upon arrival. We had a wonderful time, the only gripe we had was there was 1 fork and 1 spoon. We searched the entire place and could not find another piece of silverware. The kitchen offerings were a little sparse. But otherwise everything was great.
