Après plus de 20 ans de location, nous savons ce que veulent la plupart des locataires:
(Remarque: si vous avez besoin de dormir plus de 14 personnes, nous avons un chalet jumeau à louer à proximité)
1) Beaucoup de chambres, nous avons 5 chambres et dormir 14
--- 1 King, 4 Queens (un est un canapé-lit gigogne), 4 Twins (2 lits superposés)
2) Plus de 1 salle de bain, nous avons 2 salles de bain complètes
3) Beaucoup de places de parking (pas les 2 places standard), nous pouvons en garer 6 sans voitures roulantes, 12 si vous les emportez
4) AUCUN vol d’escalier à monter constamment et à transporter les bagages de haut en bas
5) Une belle plage que vous pouvez progressivement marcher dans l'eau.
6) Un quai suffisamment grand pour accueillir tout le monde et ne pas trembler à chaque fois que quelqu'un marche dessus
7) 7 miles de Hammondsport, 13 miles de Penn Yan
8) Air conditionné dans 3 chambres, ventilateurs de plafond et ventilateurs portables dans d'autres
9) Utilisation toute l’année, foyer au gaz et chauffage électrique individuel.
10) Nous avons un foyer et fournissons du bois de chauffage
11) Nous avons aussi un foyer à gaz

We stayed for a weekend in September and we were blessed with perfect weather and perfect accommodations. This property is a little slice of paradise with everything that you need! The proximity to the water was amazing and there was plenty of parking (which we really didn't need for this visit but that isn't always the case with rental properties so that is a fantastic perk). I don't think I've ever encountered owners more accommodating than this family, it was a pleasure and a delight to work with them! Hoping to come back again in the future with friends and fmaily!

Location is fantastic for a family get together. The house was clean and the amenities created a homelike atmosphere. Lots of activites available for adults and kids. Great Keuka Lake Home!

"It's a Grape Life" is the best lake rental we've found. It has great outdoor space and the inside is comfortable with a kitchen that is well stocked with utensils and cookware. Great place to spend your summer vaca.

Girls wine trip.

It’s a Grape Life was a wonderful place to stay. My friends and I cooked dinner there, hung out on the dock, went swimming, sat on the back porch, and just enjoy the house in general. It is a wonderful place to stay! The owners, Rick and Peg, are absolutely wonderful.

We LOVE Keuka more than any lake we have ever been to because of the crystal clear weed free water, the beautiful views, the multiple restaurants on the lake and 7 miles from the quaint village of Hammondsport. After renting at Keuka for over 20 years we finally took the plunge and purchased our slice of Keuka Paradise.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Our cottage is on the coveted East side in the cozy private community called Crystal beach. After renting various cottages for over 20 years which each had between 15 & 60 steps from parking to the lake. We are now located on a level lot with no steps from the parking lot to the beach unless you go through the house and have 2 steps on one side and 5 on the other.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

With 5 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and the ability to sleep 14 people it has plenty of room for one large family or even 2 or 3 smaller family's. We have rented 1 bathroom cottages and need I say 2 bathrooms are a MUST have. We have also rented places with only 2 parking spots and now we have more than ample parking. Also some cottages had room for us to sleep but not enough room for us to sit in a living area together. Our family room / dining room area can seat 14. We are a year round cottage with both a gas fireplace and individual room electric heat along with air conditioning in all 5 bedrooms.
