About this property

Peaks & Pines Lodge | A Comfortable, Well-Designed Mountain Retreat for Families

Nestled in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, Peaks & Pines Lodge is the kind of cabin families choose when they want a stay that feels smooth, comfortable, and exactly as expected. It’s a true log cabin with classic Smoky Mountain character, thoughtfully set up so groups of all ages can spread out, relax, and enjoy time together without feeling crowded or stressed.

This is a place designed for connection without chaos — where everyone has room, privacy, and space to unwind.

Mountain Views You Can Actually Enjoy

The mountain view is unobstructed and visible from multiple areas throughout the cabin. Mornings are perfect for coffee on the porch swing as the sun rises over the Smokies, and evenings are ideal for relaxing in the hot tub or rocking chairs as the mountains settle into dusk. Even inside, the views remain part of the experience from the pool table area and main living spaces.

Four King Suites with Private Bathrooms

Each of the four bedrooms features a king bed and its own private en-suite bathroom, so no one has to share or wait. Two additional half baths make mornings and evenings easier for larger groups. This layout works especially well for multi-generational families who want both together time and personal space.

Spacious, Comfortable Living Areas

The open-concept main living area offers plenty of room to gather without feeling cramped. Comfortable seating, rustic log cabin details, and a stone fireplace make it a natural spot for slow mornings, shared meals, and relaxed evenings. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for family breakfasts, group dinners, and easy meal prep throughout your stay.

Porches Made for Slowing Down

The wraparound porch provides ample seating so everyone can enjoy the view without competing for space. Sunrise mornings are peaceful and quiet, and evenings are perfect for unwinding together — whether that’s conversation on the porch or soaking in the hot tub under the stars.

Entertainment Spaces for Every Age

With multiple hangout areas, everyone can enjoy their own activities without disrupting anyone else. The cabin includes a dedicated theater room with bar seating, pit-style sofa, and Polk Audio surround sound, as well as a pool table area with a fireplace and mountain views. Seven smart TVs and high-speed WiFi throughout the cabin make streaming, gaming, or remote work easy and reliable.

Outdoor Areas Designed for Easy Enjoyment

Outdoor spaces are set up to be comfortable and family-friendly. Guests can enjoy the hot tub with mountain views, gather around the fire pit with Adirondack chairs, or share meals at the outdoor dining area using the charcoal grill. During summer months, guests also have access to a community pool for an easy, refreshing break from the heat. Parking is ample, with space for up to five vehicles and no tight or awkward maneuvering.

Easy, Stress-Free Access and a Central Location

Getting to Peaks & Pines Lodge is straightforward and stress-free. There are no steep, narrow, or winding mountain roads, making arrival simple even for first-time Smoky Mountain visitors.

The cabin is conveniently located:
• Approximately 10 miles from Dollywood
• About 15 miles from Gatlinburg
• Close to Pigeon Forge, hiking trails, dining, and local attractions

You’ll feel tucked away while still being close to everything.

Why Families Feel Confident Booking Peaks & Pines

Peaks & Pines Lodge consistently stands out for its combination of comfort, layout, and location. Guests appreciate the unobstructed mountain views, the four king suites with private bathrooms, the hot tub and community pool access, and the ease of access with no steep roads. The house was perfect for our family with plenty of space. Location was away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy both Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge.

The hot tub was excellent. The rooms were all clean. The kitchen was big enough for two people to work. Loved the open concept. Host came and fixed an issue herself.

Check in was a breeze, the property was exactly as it was listed. Very clean, and I have stayed at many cabins in gatlinburg and pigeon forge. The kitchen was fully stocked, and all of the appliances were new, that was one of the quietest dishwashers i've ever heard, or should I say, didn't hear. This is an awesome place to stay, and I would highly recommend it!!!!

Great view. Great host. Easy to find. Clean. Plenty of space. Couch in the movie room could easily sleep at least 3 more adults or serve as an extra room for teens or kids.

Loved our stay!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at peaks and pines. The cabin was super nice and very clean. It was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Some of the highlights of the cabin were the comfortable beds, the tub upstairs (surrounded by stone), the theatre room, the pool table, and the hot tub. In addition, my favorite part was enjoying my coffee out on the deck with an absolutely breath-taking view. Let's just say, we WILL be back!!!

Perfect Smoky Mountain Getaway

Our recent stay at Peaks and Pines Lodge was fantastic. We loved how spacious the cabin is and that each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The kids loved the theater room with the pit style sofa where they hung out most of the day having a movie marathon. The fully stocked kitchen with the coffee and tea bar was my favorite area and the local honey was a nice touch. Can’t forget to mention the porch swing is a perfect place for morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the mountains! We are definitely making plans to stay again soon.

Nice Cabin For A Family Getaway

This property had all the needs, wants and more! Plenty of nice spacious bedrooms/bathrooms. A big open gathering space so if you are cooking you still a part of whats going on. Huge dinning table so everyone can sit down together for a meal. Plenty of fun activities to do from the hot-tub, to pool table, cozy movie room, and again to the big table for boardgames and cards! The views too! No matter the balcony you are looking from, you can’t beat the amazing views of The Great Smoky Mountains! A must stay with family and friends!

Perfect mountain getaway

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at the cabin. The kitchen was well stocked and I was able to cook all our meals to eat in at the cabin. My family gathered around the bar while I was prepping and cooking to talk and listen to music all while being able to enjoy the beautiful mountain views. The huge dining table was the perfect place to eat and play games. The theater room was a favorite place to hang out as we watched a movie as a family then the next day, the guys were able to watch football on the big screen. We can’t wait to come back during the summer months to enjoy the community outdoor pool.

7 days of heaven on earth!

This cabin and the owners provided me and my family time to be together in a way that no other place could do it except the mountains. To sit on the balcony and look at that view was just what we needed. Cabin was so clean and so much room - each family had their own floor. ❤️❤️❤️ The grandkids enjoyed the Jacuzzi every night. The basement is the floor that has the washer and dryer. I’m not very good at climbing stairs at 69 years old, but those stairs was not any trouble whatsoever. It also has a bedroom and a movie room that has a couch thats big enough to make a king size bed out of if not bigger. That’s where two of my grandchildren stayed and they said that couch slept great. I recommend this cabin higher than a five if I could.

The Perfect Escape in the Pines!

We just spent the most magical weekend at Peaks and Pines Lodge, and we’re already dreaming about going back! The views alone were worth the trip—absolutely breathtaking and the perfect backdrop for a peaceful mountain getaway. The cabin itself is cozy, charming, and so thoughtfully designed. The Dolly Parton-themed kitchen was such a fun surprise and made cooking meals feel extra special (and a little fabulous!). It was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed and coffee creamer (I always forget it)! There was even a hot tea bar with locally made honey that became our morning ritual while watching the sunrise. Such a sweet touch! Every little detail felt intentional and welcoming. Peaks and Pines is the kind of place that makes you want to slow down, soak in the views, and enjoy every moment. Truly a hidden gem—we can’t recommend it enough!
