Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall was pretty good but there were a few finishing touches missing. There was a broom but no dustpan and pillows without pillowcases on some of the beds (and no extra pillow cases). The view and location were amazing. Walking distance to Pier Park.

It was a nice stay and the Unit was the perfect size for our 4 adults. Location was perfect and gave us quick access to everything we wanted to do and see. We were delayed getting into our room because housekeeping wasn’t finished. Check in was at 4 and it was a little after 5 before they were finished with the room. The sinks in the master bath had a sewer odor when the water was running.On the last night we were sitting on the balcony trying to enjoy our last evening and someone in a unit close by was smoking cigarettes and cigars even though the building is non smoking. Ended up having to cut our balcony time short due to the strong odors. Building management needs to be aware of this. Beach and pool access was easy and the Tiki Bar was awesome. Overall it was a great place and a great location. Unfortunately some people have no consideration for other people and will pollute the air for their own personal pleasure.

There was no water pressure whay so ever.of you flushed the stool the pressure would not get to tej shower or sinks. One day the air conditioning was out for more that 24 hours. Which I guess happens.but the water pressure needs fixed.

A little disappointed

The condo was not ready at check in time. The smell was foul upon entering, had to text property manager and have air fresheners brought in.The AC would not stay running. Took 5 days to get it working properly and not sticking on 74 and not running at all.The property was nice and close to so many restaurants and entertainment.

The view is outstanding from this condo! Fantastic location, directly on the beach, easy walking distance to everything else you need/want. The beach, pools, gym and public restrooms on the property are very well kept and clean. The staff managing the beach chairs and umbrellas were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the live music several days around the tiki bar and pool area. A major added perk with this condo was the free beach chairs and umbrella for our entire stay! We used them every day and it was quite a savings!! The host was very timely with responding to any questions we had during our stay. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!
