This unit includes Beach Chair Service! You will get two beach chairs and one umbrella every day you are here... at NO additional charge!! ** March-October

Beautiful & Very SPACIOUS~ This condo has been updated making it great for a vacation.

Nice balcony seating, 4 New high-seat Balcony chairs & a Chaise lounger.

We also have a 1 bedroom, w Bunks /2 bath unit on the 6th floor (604) if you need a smaller unit or if you do not find the dates you need. It Sleeps 6, for more information look up Listing www.vrbo.com/1192499 .

Couples & FAMILIES ONLY ... No Student groups allowed. If you are under 25 and your parents aren't with you, you cannot rent this unit.

If you have concerns about your trip it's best to buy travelers insurance, that way you're covered for many unseen things that could arise.

Very nicely furnished kitchen. Each bedroom and living had nice tv entertainment. The beach chairs are a also a good sell. We enjoyed our time and want to thank Jason and his attention to detail.

Nice place great view, could use some updated decor. 1 of the 3 elevators was down all week so that made some long wait times, but overall we have a great time.

Awesome place for PCB get-away

Everything was awesome about this condo and its location. Since it is the last tall building on the beach, the beach id never crowded. Throw in the two loungers & umbrella that are beach side and you can just lounge all day in the sun or shade. (Shout out to Gavin for always having the loungers ready and moving the umbrella when needed.) Since the place is less than 100 yards from the water, you really only need a small cooler and beach gear because it is a snap to get something from the unit. As for the unit. It was amazing. Great views and especially at sunset. Bedding is comfy and kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans and kitchen gadgets. Owners are amazing and are quick to respond if you have any questions!!Lastly, everything is still close by still far enough away. Went to several restaurants and had no issues getting to them. Thomas Donuts is very close so need to make breakfast!! Rent this knowing your beach trip will be great!!

March getaway

Our family enjoyed our visit. The condo was the perfect size for us and the amenities were great. Easy access to the beach or heated pool. Everything was clean and tidy. Great views of the gulf from the balcony. Great place to relax and enjoy the sun.

Perfect family spring break getaway

Highly recommend this spacious and comfortable condo! The place was clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Comfortable beds and nice amenities; resort itself was kept nice and tidy. The location was perfect, with easy access to beach as well as nearby grocery stores and restaurants. Host - Jason- was incredibly responsive throughout the entire booking process making check in a breeze. We hope to come back for another family vacation.

Great location. Super convenient to beach. Very clean and comfortable. Easy parking. No wait for elevator. Host was very communicative and easy to deal with. We went during American College break but it was quiet and peaceful. Super pleased. I would go back therr.

PCB Beachfront

Enjoyed our stay at Celadon, minus cold weather and historical snow storm. Property was ready for early check-in, which we appreciated. All was good at the condo and we enjoyed the 7th floor unit. Amazing views, great location and owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would stay at this property again.

Great Winter Getaway

Our stay was one of the best beach trips that we have ever had. This was our first time visiting the beach during the winter. We definitely will be back. The condo had everything that we needed. We just needed to provide groceries and snacks. It was a plus that the pool was heated and a hot tub during cooler temperatures. The location of the condo was in a prime location and close to most amenities. We really enjoyed ourselves and my daughter really enjoyed celebrating her birthday with family at the beach.
