Ajijic is in the region of eternal spring. The house is perfect fit for the discerning snow bird or digital nomad. Located on Lake Chapala, in the neighborhood of Riberas del Pilar, Jalisco in a quiet street.
The gated community of 9 villas is access controlled, secure. Fiber optic internet, contemporary furniture and full set of appliances compliment this villa built in 2022. En suit bathroom and walk through closet for the master bedroom. Guest bath room next to guest bedroom. Outside patio for chilling and barbecue. Community pool with viewing deck overlooking Lake Chapala. Talavera table with 4 chairs on viewing deck. Two dedicated folding loungers for our guests at the pool. Work desk and Dell 27" 4k monitor provided.

My husband and I are constantly roaming the world. We live in the USA and our retirement place is in Mexico close to Puerto Vallarta, and our second home is in Ajijic that you are considering for rental.
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
The neighborhood is quiet, far enough from the main road to be quiet , but close enough to reach downtown Ajijic or Chapala in minutes. Shopping, restaurants, hospital in 15 min walk. 300m to public transport - buses to Ajijic and Chapala run every 10min.
