Why they chose this property
It's in a fabulous neighborhood...walking distance to lake and many restaurants and shops. Most importantly, the house was in IMMACULATE CONDITION when we bought it with MANY great amenities and spectacular views!
What makes this property unique
Modern, brand new furniture and appliances, porch and patio....Most importantly, the view from the mirador...Casita has water purification system, lighted walkways, gated security.
