Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this downtown house. The full house is yours for your stay, not a shared space. Three queen beds, Three bedrooms, a spacious living room with a dinning room and large table, a full kitchen stocked with plenty of cookware and utensils, large fridge full bathroom shower only, no tub. On the bike bath, close to the hospital, large parking in front for pull trailers and multiple cars. Ring doorbell camera on front of house. Ring security camera on back of house. No pets. No smoking inside.

Very charming environment. Host was very responsive and helpful. Location was perfect with a great doughnut shop within walking distance. Will stay again the next time I visit Montrose.

Was a great location. Near downtown and by everything. We had a great time. Our host, Jacob was so accommodating. He was super friendly and and easy to get a hold of. Would recommend this home to others.

When we first realized that this was the correct address I was dismayed at the condition of the property. Paint peeling on the wood trim, the lawn half dead, a dead tree gnarled in the chain link fence, and broken window. Not a very welcoming sight. Inside was old and rather rough. Clean enough but no waste cans in either bathroom and only one for the whole house (in the kitchen). Also, no luggage racks so we had to take chairs from the dining room so as not to have our open luggage on the floor.The place is described as "charming" but I seriously doubt that many people would agree with that description. In addition to the first impression of the place, we found that there was no comfortable place to sit outdoors in the evening. What could have been an enjoyable small patio was rather derelict (weeds, leaves, etc. all over). There was no fitness room as advertised.Basically I feel that this property was well below the standards I would have expected from VRBO. We've stayed in several vacation rentals over the years (not always VRBO) and this property was a major disappointment.

Peaceful and Perfect

Everything about our stay was great. We were in town for a wedding and needed a place where we could come and go easily without disrupting. The property was great and had all that we needed. Great A/C in every room. I was surprised at how totally quiet the location was. Plenty of parking and easy access. My GPS did take me to the back of the property, but the host had warned me that may happen, so I was easily able to go to the correct location. The house had so much room, and we were really happy to have booked this instead of a hotel.
