Ce 7ème étage 2BR / 2BA offre tous les luxes de la maison. Cuisine entièrement équipée, maison nouvellement meublée fournir les meilleures vacances en famille. Vue de face romantique de la plage de la chambre à coucher principale avec un matelas super king size. Salle de bain principale privée avec immense baignoire / douche de jardin. Balcon étendu à la chambre des maîtres. Sortez de votre balcon et profiter de la belle plage a à offrir. De votre balcon, M. B. Miller Pier sur le côté droit. Si vous ou votre famille aimez pêcher. Des tournois de pêche sont disponibles au M. B. Miller Pier tout au long de l'année. (Vérifiez les listes locales pour les dates réelles.) Profitez de votre café du matin ou mimosa directement sur votre balcon avec belle vue lever / coucher de soleil.

Cuisine avec trois bars assis et une table à manger qui se trouve quatre à l'angle du salon.
Salon dispose également d'un canapé-lit queen size et une chaise inclinable en cuir. Définitivement vous faire vous sentir comme chez vous.
Deuxième chambre a un lit queen size avec surmatelas ultra haut. Aussi une salle de bain séparée juste à côté de la chambre.

Laveuse et sécheuse disponibles dans l'unité.
Les deux chambres et le salon ont une télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD. Accès Internet Wi-Fi disponible.


Les installations Sterling Reef comprennent une piscine chauffée à deux niveaux avec cascade, un centre de remise en forme donnant sur le golfe, une terrasse avec barbecue et un parking couvert dans le même bâtiment. Situé juste à l'ouest de M. B. Miller jetée de pêche. Shipwreck Water Park est directement en face de nous.
Bonefish bar et grill est également à un pâté de maisons du condo. C'est l'un des restaurants préférés de mon mari et moi.

Unit was tidy and clean, had many kitchen amenities if you want to cook. Love the view. Great location. Elevator was not so great. We had to use the stairs on multiple occasions during check out time. Beach chairs were nice and the pool was not crowded.

Great stay!

Clean condo. Beautiful views from the spacious balcony. Comfortable beds. The reserved chairs and umbrella on the beach were a very nice amenity. Definitely recommend!

We love staying at this property. The location is absolutely perfect. Easy to get to, right on gorgeous beach. The condo itself is super clean and very well equipped with everything you would want. The owners are helpful and friendly. You will not be disappointed.

Location is great

The Sterling Reef is close to everything; able to walk wherever you like. Of course the view from the balcony is awesome. The owner was so kind to bring us a recliner to increase my comfort when sitting up to read. Thank you so much.

Week of sunshine!

Our stay was wonderful at Jessica's condo. She is absolutely wonderful to work with, and I will recommend her unit to friends! Thank you Jessica for making our week so special for our grand daughter who saw the beach for the first time....she loved it!

Great rental property

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Jessica so was so helpful and patient with us when we couldn’t figure out the thermostat…make sure your balcony door is completely closed. Lol The rental had everything we needed and more. Loved the full size washer and dryer. Beautiful view and beautiful sunsets!!!

Amazing place want to come back in July 2023 and July 24. If possible to get the same spot.

The condo was great. The only draw back was 1. The painting 2. The elevator at two time during our stay the both elevator was down. And the whole time during the stay there was only one working elevator. Again, that was the only problem that we had.

Beautifully decorated, Great location and Very responsive owner!

We stayed in Sterling Reef 703 from 7/9/16 - 7/16/16. There are many pro's, and a few con's to this condo, but none of the cons relate to the owner. We've vacationed in Panama City for several years, and Jessica is by far one of the best owners we have ever dealt with. She is quick to respond to questions/comments/concerns and she gives you the impression that she will bend over backwards to help make a memorable vacation. The Pro's: •This condo is very beautifully decorated. A modern style with a definite beach vibe. •The condo is in a GREAT location. Close to Pier Park, and centrally located between the East and West end. •There is no walking across the street to park! The garage is right under the first floor of condo's. •This place was very, very clean. Linens were clean, and we didn't find a speck of dust. •The 7th floor (actually 10th floor view due to the garage) view is GORGEOUS! Sunsets are incredible. •The pool was nice, although somewhat small • There are plenty of utensils and cookware for use. She also has a small selection of spices in the cabinet. The Con's: •The garage is very tight. If you drive a larger vehicle (we have an expedition), you'll dread parking and driving through the garage. • While there are some "starter supplies in the condo, we had to quickly purchase toilet paper. We were also only given 1 trash bag, and 10-12 paper towels. The last thing you want to do upon arrival, is head to the store for basic supplies. We wish there would have been a few trash bags, and at least one full roll of TP and paper towels. • The elevators at Sterling Reef were horribly slow and extremely hot. There are only 2 elevators to service 18 floors. • There is no ceiling fan in the master bedroom. If you like to sleep in a cooler environment, bring a small fan. • The wifi is touchy. Using the provided instructions did not help. I had to call the service provider to get connected. Also, on our last full day, we had no wifi access. • The fitness center is nasty and has very dated equipment. It's also a tight fit. Plan on using a local gym if you want to workout. We are giving this condo 4/5 stars. I've bounced back and forth between 3 and 4, but decided on 4 because Jessica is an awesome owner and very kind. Most of the "con's" are out of her control, so she shouldn't be penalized for those. I definitely recommend this condo for smaller families and couples. Thanks for a great vacation, Jessica!

Thank you so much on positive reviews for our unit. It is also great to hear the con's from our guests point of view. Since your comment, we have added new ceiling fan in Master bedroom. Replaced a new ceiling fan with better speed setting in the living room. As for toiletry and trash bag issues have been addressed with our cleaning crew. We strike to provide a great experience and home away from home feel. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Looking forward to have you return in the future. J

Beautiful Unit

Great communication with host - she actually stayed up until 3am when I arrived to make sure I was in the unit with no issues! I would advertise that the entire campus is non smoking - no smoking from balconies are anywhere else except designated smoking areas. Elevators were being worked on more than once during my stay and with only two it can take sometime to get up and down - no fault of the owner! Appliances were top notch and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable!

Lovely property

We love coming to PCB in the off-season. We hunkered down due to COVID and spent our time in the condo or at the beach. The location is beautiful. Overall so was the condo. A few odds and ends things that popped up. We didn't know how to check in but 20 minutes after arriving we got in touch with Jessica on what to do. The master bathroom had <1/2 roll of toilet paper and no extra so we had to go buy some. Only one of the two plug ins by the coffee maker and toaster worked so we had to alternate plugging each in. We had dead batteries in the TV remote. There were spare AAA's but not AA's so we switched back and forth with the bedroom during our stay. There was construction or work being done directly above us each morning before 8 am but being the off-season not completely a surprise. We had challenges with the TV cutting out with the best fix of slightly unscrewing and retightening the cable cord to the wall. All fairly minor things in an otherwise great stay. More or less bringing them up to help improve others' future stays.

Beautiful Cozy Condo with a Breathtaking view !

Our Hostess Jessica was awesome ! Easy , great communication with me , excellent accommodation, perfect location, just what we needed . Easy access to pool , and beach 🏖 absolutely loved coming here on off season , which was perfect season for us . Nice, relaxing , beautiful weather and the sunsets were amazing . Sterling Reef has the best of everything. We fully enjoy the quiet and family oriented beach. From State pier right next to you, shipwreck island across the street. Publix grocery store and many restaurants are only few blocks away. Alf Coleman road goes from front beach,middle beach and back beach road. Local shortcut to saltwater grill, rocket lanes, TGI fridays, Wonderworks, or Pier Park. Only minutes away.

After months of searching condos at Panama City Beach, this unit has it all. Not only it has 2Br/2Ba, the extended balcony at the master bedroom is exactly what we fall in love with. Parking garage is in the same building, you don't have to cross the long overpass. Our unit has easy check in, you don't have to wait in the long line. Digital pin pad entry. As simple as that.
