2 Bedroom, 1 Bath, Spa, Sleeps 6, located in Big Bear City.
This Cottage is a single level with level parking, super clean and very stylish with spacious bedrooms and enclosed back deck with a Spa. Located walking distance to Big Bear SnowPlay/Tubing/Speedway/Ropes Course and also to our world famous "Oktoberfest" only 3 blocks away!
The Living Room offers a wood burning rock fireplace, large flat screen TV, ceiling fan and vaulted ceilings. There is a Dining area off the Living Room with a dining table to seat 4 guests. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cookware, offering marble counters and stainless steel appliances.
Both Bedrooms are very spacious, each offering a Queen Bed. The 1st Bedroom is super spacious offering a sofa, desk, ceiling fan and a large closet. The 2nd Bedroom offers a desk with a Pac-Man arcade game, ceiling fan and a large closet....both with stylish decor! The full bathroom has been recently remodeled, offering a bathtub and shower. The laundry/mud room offers a washer and dryer with plenty of space to store your skis, snowboards and sledding gear.
The back yard is fully enclosed with a deck, patio furniture, propane BBQ and best of all a large capacity Spa!
This Cottage provides free WiFi, flat screen TV, a record player with a selection of albums good for the whole family to enjoy, laundry/mud room w/washer & dryer, propane BBQ, fenced back yard with a deck and patio furniture, hot tub, level parking for 2 cars, accommodates 6 guests.

Fresh linen and towels are provided for your stay. The home will be professionally cleaned before your arrival.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Never turn the heat off in winter, this will cause the pipes to freeze & bust. If this happens due to heat turned off, you will be responsible for the damage & repairs, that can be quite expensive.
You may dispose of your trash in the trash containers located outside by the driveway.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Spa use 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. Max cars allowed is 2. Max guests allowed in home is 6 people. No Smoking/Parties allowed. No noise after 10:00 pm.
Never park on the street, all vehicles on the street will be towed at vehicle owners expense by Code Enforcement. Never leave pets unattended any time
Violation of the above stated rules will result in $1000 fine Per Violation and you could be removed from the property with no refund, per County Code
