The Space:

Single level 1,120 sq foot home with all the updated mountain vibes you crave. A full sized washer, dryer, and all kitchen appliances. Central heating and rare Air Conditioning throughout home.
Bedroom 1:(Master) King bed, 42’ smart tv, closet with hangers, and private bath
Bedroom 2: Full, Twin bunk bed, 32’ smart tv, closet with hangers.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, 42’ smart tv, closet with hangers
We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton balls, cotton swabs and floss picks. 6 bath towels, 6 spa towels, a couple hand towels, and washcloths are provided. The bath & spa towels are not for lake use, please bring extra for the lake and or spa.
Bathroom 1(Master) Bath/shower. Single sink
Bathroom 2: Bath/shower. Single sink
Living Room: Open to kitchen. 3 seater couch, love seat and armed chair. Natural wood burning fireplace. 50’ smart TV, puzzles and games!
Kitchen: Full sized fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and crockpot. Fully stocked with all utensils, cookware and dishware. The kitchen features a breakfast bar with 3 high-top chairs as well as a dining room table that seats 6 comfortably.
Deck/Yard: Partially fenced yard, charcoal grill, and hot tub. Hot Tub hours 7A-10P per city.
Parking: Flat driveway parking for up to 3 smaller vehicles. EV charger available. Snow will reduce parking to 2 cars.
Reminder this is NOT an animal friendly home. This includes service animals. Please respect the homeowners and the health of their little ones.

If traveling in winter, we highly suggest purchasing trip insurance! We have a strict cancellation policy and will stand by it. Winter months can be challenging with snow, ice, road closures, and other things. Cover yourself by purchasing the trip insurance.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit (6 includes children & infants)
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may
be less than the total maximum occupancy.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated
parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The
maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior
sign. (3 small vehicles. Winter 2 vehicles)
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the
property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music
carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from
10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take your furry friend with you.(This is NOT an animal friendly home)
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb
surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake
is very dog-friendly!
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear
locations:
4190 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.
Consequences
Unfortunately, a few of our guests refuse to
extend common courtesy and neighborly
behavior toward the guests and residents
around them. For those guests who have come
to party and disrupt the peace and tranquility
of the neighborhoods, there are costly and
severe consequences.
Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated
previously is $500 per violation. A second
offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules
and expectations will be evicted without a
refund. In addition, costly citations may be
issued to the reservation holder.
